Renovated in 2022, the 110 mÂČ house features a new fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining area. High ceilings, exposed beams, and a mezzanine add character.
With its ground-floor bedrooms equipped with 160 cm beds, two modern bathrooms, and a peaceful environment, Villa Juliette is ideal for restful vacations. The 10m x 5m pool is perfect for cooling off. The outdoor spaces include a shaded terrace, a gas plancha, sun loungers, and parasols.
Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to La Garrigue, perfect for hiking or running.
Villa Juliette has parking with an electric gate, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a water softener. The house is near a quiet agricultural road, ensuring tranquility and accessibility.
MĂ©rindol is a charming village in the South Luberon, offering a peaceful environment and quality shops: butcher, baker, wine cellar, three restaurants, grocery store, fruit and vegetable producer, and two cafes. In summer, musical evenings add a festive touch.
