The condo is located on the 6th floor and therefore features stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's lush mountains and a peek of the Bay of Banderas and the cruise ship terminal.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 6. Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee on the wraparound balcony as the sun begins to rise over the green mountaintops.

The bedroom features blackout curtains and a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite full bathroom.

The flex room serves as a family room where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the smart TV. The room can be converted into a bedroom by opening the sofa bed and closing the large sliding door that separates the room from the living area.

If you have a larger group, the sofa in the living area can also be converted into a bed for additional sleeping capacity.

Other things to note
Guests will be provided wristbands upon arrival for easy access to the building. NOTE: the cost of replacing a lost wristband is $500 MXN or $25 USD. The building is secured 24/7 by security personnel.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of this condo which is 6. Therefore, if your group size is 4 you can have up to 2 visitors.
