Yukon cabin in the woods
The cabin is next to the creek and thatâs what you hear. Itâs quiet, private and peaceful. The large wraparound covered porch is great to curl up and read a book. A nice stock kitchen if you feel like cooking. Many separate areas for game playing, tv watching and just hanging out to relax. The cabin is close to downtown Canton and Waynesville. A short distance to the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Smokey Mountains.

The owners are from Chicago and came to North Carolina and fell in love with the mountains! We like outside activities, hiking, fishing and hunting so this is the perfect place to be. We love the mild seasons and the fall is beautiful! And you can ski close by in the winter! We love relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the bubbling creek with the mountains in the background. HOT TUB IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING!!! SO SORRY, WAITING FOR PARTS!!!!!

The property is centrally located, so easy to get to. 40 minutes to the Asheville Airport.
Between the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Smokey Mountains. A large home with many exertainment areas for the family. Plenty of room outside for games and also relax by the creek or have a bonfire at night. Soak in the Hot tub after a long day of hiking is heaven. Coffee on the wrap around porch with views of the mountains will start your day right. A soak in the jetted inside tub will finish off you day! Downtown Canton and Downtown Waynesville are close by for great restaurants and shopping. Hiking and river rafting are close by.
Canton is nestled between the Blue Ridge and the Great Smoky Mountains, The 469-mile Blue Ridge Parkway, one of the countryâs most popular scenic drives, meanders through mountain valleys and loops around Waynesville and Canton in route to Virginiaâs Shenandoah National Park. The picturesque thoroughfare branches out to more than 100 hiking trails, ranging from short footpaths to the Appalachian Trail, which stretches from Georgia to Maine. Maggie Valley hosts festivals, concerts, events as well as restaurants, antique shopping, museums, live music and much more. Waynesville which is 15 minutes away is a charming, old-fashioned town, with a Main Street lined with pretty trees and brick sidewalks. Wonderful restaurants (southern cooking!) breweries and wine. There are also many quaint storefronts, including a general store, a candy store, and antique shops housed in old buildings. But anyone visiting Waynesville should also spend at least a day exploring Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The park covers cascading waterfalls, more than 1,500 types of wildflowers, and dozens of historical mills and barns. Just a delight to visit.

Private yet not far from things to do. Great for the whole family. Lots of outside area for games. It's large so plenty of different spaces for all family members to do their own thing.
Great WIFI for Mom or Dad to work from the cabin if need be.
The covered porch is amazing to sit and have your morning coffee and look at the mountains. Level ground for easy in and out. Parking is convenient being right outside the main entrance.
