You can bring your boat and use the private launch, lounge by the pool, cook in the outdoor kitchen, host a delicious dinner in the gourmet kitchen, fish from the dock, or just enjoy the overall good vibes of The River House.

The guests have use of the entire property- 5 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home, sleeps 10, private pool, private dock, outdoor kitchen & patio, and plenty of parking.

This home is a unique, gorgeous, spacious, and truly one-of-a-kind vacation home! The views of the Ashley River are truly spectacular. But this means there is the typical lowcountry/river wildlife! You may see a few alligators and palmetto bugs. However, you will not be disappointed, we promise!

Loved our stay the River house!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property! The house is beautiful and the views just WOW! The property managers Britton and Gabe (who went out of his way to retrieve and return some Amazon packages I had sent there by accident) where both so pleasant and easy to communicate with. We loved the pool and the views and used the dock for our boat. From the beautiful open indoor fully stocked kitchen to the wonderful outdoor kitchen this home has everything a cook desires. My tall husband and son where both thankful for the king sized beds. Another plus it’s dog friendly so your furry friends don’t get left at home! We have nothing but good things to say about this property and will be booking again soon!

Perfect for large group

This was the perfect setting for our large group! The house was completely stocked with everything we needed from beach towels to air compressor and everything in between. Britton was so responsive and an amazing host.

Beautiful

Lovely home and outdoor area! The decor is so fun and bright and the outside space is beautiful! We saw lots of dolphins in the water and the sunsets were beautiful.

Great setting

The house was perfect for our family get together. The setting on the river was just beautiful and very nice outside setup. Communication was excellent with management and truly appreciated. I’d recommend.

This is a very unique, special property. You won't find anything else like it in town. The view is amazing - It doesn't get better than a pool and outdoor kitchen overlooking the Ashley River and the amazing sunset every night.
