The house is in a perfect location to explore all Charlotte has to offer. 8 minutes to Charlotte Douglas Airport. 8 minutes to Uptown Charlotte. 7 minutes to Bank of America Stadium. Go Panthers!
The home sleeps a total of 9 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large private deck, perfect for spending time with family and friends. We have added a large air hockey table that keeps the score for you. Keep yourself and your kids entertained with a game of air hockey! The home is renovated with designer touches throughout to make the home unique, stylish and the perfect home away from home. Large dining room table to fit all of the guests, additional chairs are provided for the dining area and the deck. 3 TVs in the house, 1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom and 1 in guest bedroom. All TVs have Apple TV with subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu and ESPN.
Bedroom Configuration:
Master bedroom: 1 king bed, walk in closet
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 4: 1 bunk bed, twin over full.
All mattresses are memory foam.
Parking: Long driveway on the side of the house provides plenty of space for 3 vehicles. Street parking is also available.
Guest access: access to entire home with the exception of several cabinets in the laundry room (owner's use)
NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Outdoor surveillance on site, no cameras on deck for guests privacy.
***Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided.
Propane tank for the gas grill is provided.

I am new to VRBO but have had a lot of success on other hosting platforms. I am very meticulous about the property. I check the house prior to every guest to ensure everything is clean and tidy. I live close by so I am available on a short notice.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Location, location, location. Minutes from Uptown and Bank of America stadium. Plenty of parking. Very large living room area. Memory foam mattresses in every bedroom. Very large kitchen with lots of kitchen appliances and cookware.

We have created a very nice and comfortable outside deck. It is nice and quiet and a great place for a family BBQ.
