This apartment of approximately 35 mÂČ offers all the necessary comforts for two people and an exceptional location. The beach is right opposite, and the village of Larmor-Plage with all its amenities is a 10-minute walk away. It also has a superb Sunday morning market.
Located in a small, quiet building, quiet must be respected.
Located on the ground floor, enjoy its private terrace for meals with friends or family.

- Living room with sofa, coffee table and television.
- Dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with fridge, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
