*Work is currently being carried out on the land behind the house, which may cause noise pollution from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. *
The works will be suspended in July and August.
You'll appreciate its central location by the beach, so you can do everything on foot, and its south-west exposure, so you can enjoy the garden and terrace.
This architect-designed house of over 110m2 can accommodate up to 8 people (4 bedrooms)
First floor:
- Living room with TV, coffee table, sofa, dining table and fireplace.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster...)
- Master suite with double bed 160x200, closet and storage space and private bathroom with bath, washing machine + tumble dryer).
1st floor:
- Shower room with WC
- 2 bedrooms with double beds 160x200 and storage space
- 1 bedroom with two single beds 90x190 and storage space
Outside :
- Garden/Terrace with garden furniture (deckchairs, barbecue, dining table, garden furniture...)
2 private parking spaces (garage and driveway). Ironing facilities.
Hairdryer and cot + high chair available.
Wi-Fi access. Pets not allowed. No parties allowed.
Exceptional location 3 min walk from: Locqueltas and Kerguélen beaches, Larmor-Plage center with bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, bank, Casino, Port Maria restaurants...

Premium hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected to ISO 9001 and RABC standards.
If you do not wish to take out this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of bedding after your reservation in order to best prepare for your trip.
Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.
Price per stay: âŹ35 incl. VAT for 2 people, âŹ45 incl. VAT for 3 people, âŹ55 incl. VAT for 4 people + âŹ10 incl. VAT per additional person.
The linen option includes : Complete bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
