- Large, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with sea view (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kitchen equipment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.).
- Large ocean-facing living room with TV, coffee table, dining table, sofa, desk (fireplace not working)
- Bathroom with large shower, towel dryer.
- Garden-side bedroom 1 with double bed (160cm), storage space, dressing room
- Garden-side bedroom 2 with balcony, desk, double bed 160, storage space, closet
Exterior :
- Public parking spaces in front of the apartment
- Seafront terrace, garden furniture and plancha.
Small, very quiet, luxury condominium with 4 apartments.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Bus routes are right in front of the apartment.
Amenities in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, bar, restaurant, creperie, hairdresser, etc.).
