The 120m2 walled garden is ideal for relaxing in complete privacy, with the option of lunch or dinner al fresco. This vacation home is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the beauty of Southern Brittany.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet environment and has a surface area of around 80m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms).
First floor:
- Living room with dining table, coffee table, sofa, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, garden access
- Fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster...)
- Back kitchen with washing machine, ironing facilities, cot + high chair
- Master suite with double bed and private shower room
- Separate wall-hung WC
1st floor:
- Bedroom with 2 single beds and storage space
