Welcome to this superb Provencal longère (house + outbuilding) with swimming pool, nestled in the heart of a vast park of 3 hectares, near Aix-en-Provence. Composed of a main house of 150 m² and an outbuilding of 120 m², the property can accommodate up to 10 people. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it offers a peaceful setting in the Provencal countryside.

Main house (6 people)

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2 toilets.

The ground floor includes a living room, air-conditioned dining room with a cathedral ceiling and directly overlooking the outside (terrace and swimming pool). A kitchen with all the high-end equipment (gas cooking piano dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and all the dishes for 10 people.

On this same level, you enjoy a spacious master suite with a view of the countryside, a dressing room and a travertine bathroom (not air-conditioned but fresh).

Through a travertine staircase, you will access the floor, composed of two air-conditioned attic rooms share a bathroom, accessible via one of the 2 bedrooms. A common area with a sofa and a desk completes this floor. Separate toilets.

Independent dependence (4 people)

The outbuilding has two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor. It is equipped with a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room, offering a comfortable and autonomous setting for 4 people. The bathroom on the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Outdoor spaces

The 3-hectare park offers large outdoor spaces: a swimming pool with a view of the vineyards and olive trees, a shaded petanque court, and a private hiking trail. Several terraces, including one under a bioclimatic pergola, are equipped for outdoor meals with a large table for 10 people and a gas barbecue.

THE PARKING

A secure entrance will allow you to park vehicles in peace under a carport for up to 8 vehicles. Charging electrical outlet available.

You will have to take a 1.5-kilometer gravel road, the house is surrounded by vineyards.

La Longère is located in the quiet and peaceful countryside, surrounded by vineyards, close to the village of St Cannat. In the heart of the pine forest, less than 2,000 meters from the center of the Village and passable by car (10 minutes), an alley lined with olive trees leads to the Longère.

Security Deposit

A security deposit in the form of a €1 pre-authorization on your credit card will be taken at the time of your online check-in. It will be released within 5 working days after your departure, provided no damages have occurred in the property. In case of damage, the pre-authorization will be used to cover the costs of repairs and/or any additional cleaning fees.
