This 45m2 duplex apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

- Fitted kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, toaster, etc.)
- Separate WC
- Shower room with storage and washing machine
- Balcony/terrace with small sea view, garden furniture and electric griddle
- Sofa bed (1 person)
On the 1st floor: accessible via a staircase that may be a little steep.

Private parking on the property. (1 parking space)
