You'll love its proximity to the beach (just across the road) and its uninterrupted sea views, as well as its south-west exposure, so you can enjoy the sun all day long.
This 43 m2 flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
- Living room with large flat-screen TV, 140cm sofa bed (good quality), coffee table, armchairs opening onto a terrace with sea views.
- Open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc.)
- Shower room with large shower, heated towel rail, washing machine, wall-hung WC and hairdryer
- Bedroom with two single beds (can be made into one double bed) and large dressing room
Located on the 2nd floor. Private parking space. Wi-Fi included.
Small pets accepted.
Access to the residence swimming pool (open from 1 July to 31 August).
Tennis court and bike room available.
