You need to breathe in the sea air, you dream of falling asleep to the sound of the waves... this completely refurbished flat is just for you!
You'll love its pretty sea view, opposite the beaches, as well as its prime location (10 minutes from Lorient - 5 minutes from Ploemeur Centre) and its westerly aspect, so you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets!
The 35m2 flat sleeps up to 2 people:
- Entrance hall with storage space
- Fully-equipped kitchen with sea view (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, etc.)
- Living room with sofa, TV, coffee table, dining table.
- Bedroom with double bed (140cm).
- Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC
Private covered parking space (secure garage) available.
Located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium without lift.
The first beaches and bus routes are just opposite the flat.
Hairdryer available. Wi-Fi available (fibre).
Amenities nearby (IntermarchĂ©, bars, restaurants, crĂȘperie, hairdresser, etc.).
