This flat of over 40m2, located on the 1st floor of a small, very quiet condominium, can accommodate up to 4 people:
- Living room opening onto terrace/balcony with sea view, TV, coffee table, armchairs...
- New high-quality 140cm sofa bed for 2 people (sleeps every day)
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.)
- Bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and washing machine
- Entrance hall with large cupboard
