Wonderful getaway

We enjoyed our stay it was wonderful and seeing the ocean from our house was great. A few little things like no trash bags or bath soap but that was minor and you will be sharing the hose with the neighbors In the other unit but overall it was wonderful and I will come back. The Host was quick in answering messages and we felt very comfortable there.

Simple but lovely.

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at this property. So incredible to wake up every day to the gorgeous ocean views. Everything is close yet the property is outside of town so it’s quieter. House has everything you need. Thank you!

Amazing view, wonderful stay

We had a fantastic time here. The home was beautiful and just what we needed. The view is second to none, and the beach access made us feel like we had our own private beach. So many great local restaurants, grocery stores were just a few minutes away. We hope to visit again soon!

Seaside Heaven

This was our second visit to this fabulous seaside haven. What a gift to wake up to the beautiful ocean views and quiet neighborhood. The boardwalk straight from our deck to the beach was so convenient and oh so nice! The proprietor was friendly and very accommodating. Hoping for a third visit next February! Thank you!

Beautiful Retreat

My husband and I wanted a quiet relaxing vacation on the last leg of our 9 day road trip and this beautiful rental was exactly what we needed. The four sets of sliding glass doors with an unobstructed view of the ocean was breathtaking. It was also nice to have a good view of the sunset on the lakeside from the front of the house. You can sit on the couch in the loving room and watch the beach on one side and the sunset on the lakeside at the same time! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of St. Augustine, and Crescent Beach has all these great little lowkey eateries like The Elk House and Mango Mango and Seaside Cafe. There was construction happening next door that was pretty noisy and the boardwalk from the house to the beach was being fixed after damage from the hurricane so we didn't really have much privacy and quiet when we wanted to be outside on the back deck. We weren't able to just walk down to the beach from the house until our last few hours at the house but it wasn't a horrible treck to go to the public boardwalk two houses down. It just wasn't as convenient as it could have been. I would also recommend the property manager notify renters ahead of time if there is construction noise and workers next door, as a courtesy. Regardless, we loved our stay and even a cold front that came through couldn't spoil the amazing view. All in all, staying at this house was a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation without all the tourists of St. Augustine.

The boardwalk was horrible-steps up and down, like walking on coals The beautiful view from terrace was the best I did not like that there weren’t blinds on the front door or window in the kitchen facing neighbors entrance

Great location.

This was a really well located property. The view and beach are wonderful. The large windows bring the outdoors right in. A lot of stairs to get to beach but all properties appear this way. Haven’t stayed on east coast of Florida before so was surprised at the cars on the beach. Beach is huge so it’s not a problem just different. We stay in VRBO homes all the time all over. This was the least appointed kitchen I’ve ever stayed in for dishes and stuff. Also this was first beach property not to supply beach umbrella or beach chairs or cooler for the beach. Overall our stay was great. Thanks for hosting.

Beautiful!

Our vacation was not only amazing due to the warm weather but our place was perfect. Wake up to waves every day with everything one would need. My only critique is the second bedroom didn’t have a full size dresser for our daughters clothing. But seriously, that is truly minor when everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nice home for a couple or couple and a couple kids.

Loved being so close to the beach. Very quiet. Bring a few more coffee mugs to enjoy the time on the back porch.

Wonderful!

This place exceeded our expectations. It is very cozy and beautifully decorated.. Location is the best and view of the ocean is spectacular. You are close enough to eating establishments, downtown, grocery stores etc... but far enough out to not be in the crowds. Very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay very much and hope to come back again in the future.

Paradise

The house was in a perfect location and it was spot on with the description. Very clean and welcoming. Good for little children. The deck was perfect. It felt like an extension of the house. The bird spectacle in the afternoon was breathtaking. There are two houses on the same property with similar layout. It’s great for a large family or group of friends if you’d like some privacy but want to be close to each other. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to renting it again.
