Perfect Lakehouse close to everything that makes Fontana the best little lake town in the world.

Just left this wonderful home and we’d definitely like to stay many more times when we come up. What particularly struck us in the place was the serenity and silence each late evening and sunrise mornings so close to all the excitement down at the Gordy bars and lakefront. So happy we found this wonderful place and will definitely try to return many times again.

Lake Vacation

This property is in a perfect location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. The house is also clean with great views of the lake from a couple of outdoor decks. The property owner is amazing and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

House was exactly as described

We had a great vacation to Fontana. Our house was exactly as described. Very clean on arrival, comfortable, nice outside seating areas and decks. Beautiful views of the lake. Convenient location to Gordy's and Chuck's and we took many walks on the shore path. Becky was a great host!

Amazing location in Fontana!

The house was exactly as described including the lake view! Absolutely everything was provided which made it very easy. The only shopping we did was for food. The owners Becky and Annie could not have been more accommodating. It was a very comfortable home for an extended stay. We would rent it again!

Wonderful Time & Location

Property was everything outlined in listing and more. Proximity to the park, marina, F&B, etc...couldn't be beat. Fantastic views and outdoor space to enjoy them. Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Home was extremely clean, which is always a huge plus. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a laid back, relaxing get away.

I am a life time resident of Fontana, having grown up here I can tell you all about the things that have kept me here! First of course is the beautiful clean spring fed lake which is steps from our front door. My partner and I bought this property to offer people the opportunity to enjoy lake life the way we do. From the gorgeous views to the convenient location and ease of walking to the lakefront activities, restaurants, music, bars, parks, shops, and pubs.

Not only is the location unique, the house itself has a great deck for entertaining and dining that is an extension of the first floor great room offering a kitchen and peninsula with all the amenities, cozy sitting area with smart T.V., and dining table to sit and enjoy coffee and the views and activities on the lake. The den is a natural place for games and movies. the main floor also has a bedroom with bath. Upstairs has a bunk room with 3 twin and a full bed and a large master suite with bath. The balcony offers a birds eye view of Fontana bay with a swing, lounge chairs, and coffee table and chairs.
