Kitchen & Dining: The modern kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and convenient gadgets. Enjoy meals at the three-seat kitchen bar or gather around the dining table, which seats eight, under an elegant chandelier.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across three well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a flat-screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The master suite includes a king bed and a spacious bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The guest suite also offers a king bed, en-suite bath w / a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a custom-built 2 sided twins-over-king bunk bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-n shower, perfect for families or additional guests. A convenient powder room is located on the main level.

Outdoor Spaces: Unwind on the covered back deck, complete with comfortable lounge furniture and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze. The second-floor balcony provides an additional outdoor space to relax. Just a short 6-minute walk from your doorstep, you'll find the stunning 12,000 square foot lagoon-style pool, perfect for a refreshing swim and sunbathing on the expansive sundeck. At the entrance of the neighborhood, you'll find a selection of local restaurants to tantalize your taste buds. Nature enthusiasts will love the proximity to state parks, bike trails, and coastal dune lakes, offering endless opportunities for exploration. For a delicious meal, Pizza by the Sea is just a half-mile away. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the picturesque Camp Creek Golf Club, located 2 miles from your accommodation.

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze! A convenient tram stops just steps from the front door, offering direct access to the beach. Free parking is available on the premises for 2 cars with supplied parking passes.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
