In the commune of Cambes, we offer you this charming country-style house dating from 1837 with swimming pool, with a surface area of 142 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 6,900 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather

The house is ideally located in Cambes, in a very pleasant setting for a country vacation. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The sea is a 1h30 drive from the accommodation (Arcachon, Lacanau).

- Bed linen and towels included.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.
- Free Wifi available.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied (first flambé free of charge).
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- Please clean the pool daily before use.
- The house is located near a small departmental road, which can cause some noise.
