B's Cozy house

Private downstairs: 2 rooms, 1 bathroom with shower located in one of the bedrooms, you have your own living room, and kitchenette, small kitchen table and a washer and dryer WIFI internet, T.V with roku. You have your own entrance and doors. Minutes from I-84 and hwy 95, close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Snively hot springs is 35 minutes away. Great place for adventures, business travelers, long work stays, group traveling, meeting family. Please clear all animals through me first no kids adults only due to liability insurance. I live upstairs with my mini aussie Cubear I have my own entrance which is the front of the house there's a side yard by your entrance that you're welcome to use. I ozone the whole downstairs for 12 hours before each guest to make sure fabrics and carpet furniture and cleans the air if fungus bacteria and mold smoke, ensuring you have a safe visit and the air is clean of allergens etc. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything. There are two parks within walking distance one is a block and a half away the other has a pond and cool nature trails cute bridge, big park and that's about 4 blocks away! Shopping is close red apple grocery is about a 3 minute drive Albertsons is about 5 minutes, Wal-Mart, wharemart and the shopping mall is about 5 minutes away. Saturday market happens on Saturday and that's downtown 6 blocks away walking distance.
