Great House To Stay In

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The two bedrooms upstairs and three bedroom downstairs with two living rooms and two bathrooms was the perfect layout for us. I like the digital lock and the bright airiness of the entire place. Beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for my needs. As a former, lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, I was familiar with the area (not the best, but unfortunately that is the state of Niagara Falls these days), the location of this house being right on the corner, river and the view of the Canadian side was great. I definitely will rent this again on my visits home.

The house could use some TLC.. The doors creak the floors creak you could hear everything

The stay was good. The location was good. We where u sure aboit the neighborhood. We didnt stay in the house except to sleep n shower.

Nice house

Location was great. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Spacious bedrooms. Not handicap accessible (steps, no safety bars in bathrooms). Would stay again, but not for long term due to no laundry on site. Would like to have table lamps in all rooms (overhead lighting is very bright). Night lights in bathrooms only. With thermostat set to 69 the house was FREEZING when we walked in. (suggest host save some energy $$ by leaving it at 73). We set it to 74-75 and lower level room were still very cool.

Trip to Niagara Falls for my Dad's 80th birthday.

The house was very clean and very convenient when going back and forth to the falls area. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own room with a smaller group. The living room area was comfortable and cozy. Loved the trail across the street. You could actually see the horseshoe falls from the trail! Didn't realize the NY falls area had so many abandoned and boarded up houses and businesses, so that surprised me. This was one of the nicest houses in the area. One note - Be careful in the downstairs shower. A couple of us slipped on the shower floor. Overall I would recommend this house if you are visiting the area. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice place

We only stayed for a quick overnight. It was a nice place and was clean. The house should be sprayed for bugs. We killed a dozen spiders inside the home when we showed up. Also, some full size hand towels and extra bedding are needed. Otherwise a pleasant stay and close to Niagara Falls!

Spring break family getaway

Overall very clean and very nice inside. Hopefully the surrounding community catches up. Nice to have the walking trails right across the street. Location was great .

Family of all ages

We took our parents and our grown kids for a weekend getaway. This house was in an ideal location. Parking for two vehicles was perfect. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. Three Bedrooms downstairs with a family room area and bathroom with stand up shower, very very clean. And the upper level had the kitchen bathroom shower and two bedrooms also an open concept family room. Split level type home. We didn’t feel uneasy about staying here at all. Very safe. Close to absolutely everything!! Thank you for making our stay easy, keeping you place clean and being so quick to respond!!

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Our only complaint is the steps to the upstairs are pretty small and the handles are not very sturdy. Other than the handle breaking on our daughter this was exactly what we were looking for.

Great location, lacking items..

We had a wonderful stay so close to the Falls we could walk! The house was beautiful but we did notice a few items that would have been helpful. Coffee/filters, hand towel in bathroom, bigger frying pan (luckily there were only 4 of us!), some serving bowls, etc. Overall we would stay again!

Great location

The house is close to the falls. The check in process was seem less and the owner was easy to communicate with. The only issue were the doors. They were very loud when opening and closing, and that made it difficult to move around with people sleeping.

Niagara Family Trip

Stayed here with the family for a few days. The property was clean and spacious. We were a group of 10 and never felt crowded. The negatives from my perspective were that the kitchen did not have a toaster....the bedrooms did not have lamps so I would suggest maybe bringing some night lights to plug-in especially if you have kids.....lastly there are no TV's in the bedrooms so bring a laptop or tablet for room entertainment. Overall everything else was great. Close proximity to the falls and plenty of options for Ubereats delivery.

FAMILY WEEKEND

We were in town just for the weekend for family events. The house was great - very accurate to the pictures. It was very close to the Falls which was nice. The only thing missing was a toaster in the kitchen and also there was 10 of us but not enough silverware for that many people. Other than that, we would for sure stay there again when we visit the area.

Nice House in OK Neighborhood

We didn't end up staying in the house listed because there was a problem with it. We were disappointed, but the company offered another house and it was lovely. Not as great a location in our opinion, but overall it was comfortable, clean, and still convenient to the Niagara US Park. The neighborhood wasn't so great. Most houses were run-down and/or abandoned. And I think with it being winter, many places were closed that might normally be open. I don't blame the home owners... just mentioning for others considering visiting Niagara Falls in the winter (don't, wait till Spring or Summer). Overall, our stay was pleasant, the house was great, and the owners were very accommodating to our needs.
