This cottage is a newly constructed, beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located in Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve, a 300-acre gated community 10 minutes away from the coastal town of Kennebunkport as well as many beaches. The cottage is complete with a stunning kitchen, comfortable living room with gas fireplace, first floor bedroom(queen) as well as a fully equipped home office. The second floor consists of a large master bedroom (king) and bath as well as a loft area. Our condo association only allows 5 people per rental. Sorry no pets allowed. The outdoor patio in the rear is equipped with a dining table that seats 6 as well as a gas grill. There is a washer/dryer unit located on the first floor of this home.

You will have access to the two community's pools (one is adult only after 2pm and that one is a salt water pool), bocce courts, horseshoe pits, fire pits, fitness center and clubhouse with a game room. There is also a 68-acre nature preserve that surrounds the community with trails that are great for walking, running and biking.

The property is in a perfect location, close to the towns of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport near beautiful beaches and a short drive to Portland, Maine.

The unit includes beach chairs and beach towels and is ten minutes away from all the local beaches.

Lovely stay.

We had a wonderful experience here. The house was clean, cozy, and beautiful. It was filled all the necessities as well as many thoughtful little touches that really made us feel like welcomed guests. There is a lot to do in the area and surrounding areas.

Wonderful house and gracious host

The house was very clean and warmly decorated. A lovely place for a couple or family. Also, Barbara had many thoughtful extras that made the place feel very welcoming and comfortable! And she was very gracious to us throughout. We highly recommend!

Great house, great week in Maine!

We had a fantastic stay with our family of 4 (2 kids under 4)! The house was perfect - very clean and well stocked with the essentials that make for an easy week away. The location is great, within 10-15 mins of beaches, towns, etc and a short drive from Portland (we went to the Children's museum on a rainy day). The pool, clubhouse and game room were great amenities as well. Barbara and John were great hosts. Very responsive to any questions / requests. Great stay, look forward to coming back!

A little slice of heaven

Absolutely beautiful home the attention to detail in every room. We didn’t want to leave. Everything you could possibly need, they thought of. I loved looking out at the beautiful wild flowers they just made you smile. We had such a great time playing games and the laughs we had priceless. They have great pools, a community area with ping pong, air hockey etc… We wanted a vacation to unwind and relax and for the first time we came home from vacation relaxed not stressed. Great place to stay!

Perfect for Our Family!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and the location was great - just minutes away from Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, and Portland. Our kids loved the heated pool too. Barbara and John were fantastic hosts and went far beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

What a great place to stay! Barbara goes above and beyond and the extra touches make you feel right at home! Would highly recommend if your in the Kennebunkport area! We will be back! And all her recommendations were amazing!

The cottage was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It had everything needed and more. The owner, Barbara, was always available and receptive to our questions. The location is outstanding. The Cottage Preserve is beautiful, quiet and safe and in a wonderful location in close proximity to Kennebunkport, Cape Elizabeth, Portland and more which provided much opportunity to explore Maine's natural beauty. Great place to stay

This property has everything you could ever want. Close enough to downtown area ,beaches and activities. The property is very quit and you can just sit outside and enjoy. Out patio heater takes the chill out of the air on the nights it gets a little cold. This place is perfect.

Best Maine vacation ever!!!

The cottage has a wonderful coastal vibe. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. We stayed with our daughter, her husband and their son. Having a bedroom and a full bath on each floor was terrific. The fully equipped kitchen was a joy to work in, whether preparing breakfast or dinner. We enjoyed grilling and eating dinner on the patio. The owners could not have been nicer. Very helpful with any questions we had. Loved the swimming pool and the game room. Convenient location to Portland and the shoreline towns and beaches. Would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I have lived at Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve for four years. We bought a second cottage two years ago and currently live in that one and rent out the initial one. It is close to beaches, downtown Kennebunkport and 20 minutes from Portland. So much to see and do. We love Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve and believe you will love it here as well.

This is our third year renting and have been Premier Hosts since the first year. We have only received 5 star reviews.
We live in the area so we are available if there are any issues or problems but so far all has run smoothly. We furnished this cottage believing it would be our forever home before deciding to buy a second cottage so it is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Great place to stay!

Great community and beautiful new cottage. Ten minutes from Goose Rocks Beach and 6 minutes to downtown Kennebunkport. Twenty minutes from Portland and so many great restaurants, breweries and places to visit. Great neighbors and the amenities are first class.
