BREAKTIME welcomes you to a charming top-floor apartment with a magnificent view of the sea and the city of Nice.
In a luxury residence with swimming pool and private parking space included, you'll appreciate this fully air-conditioned apartment.
The living room opens onto the terrace overlooking the sea and the colorful city of Nice. The separate kitchen is perfectly equipped for your culinary needs, while the windowless bedroom area ensures privacy. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet.
You can also take advantage of the residence's swimming pool for a refreshing dip or to relax in the sun while admiring the spectacular panorama of the mountains and sea.
The pool is open from May 1 to October 31 (opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions). Opening hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.). It is accessible to all building residents.
