Enjoy Marco Island the way it should be. Visiting the island for some relaxation, enjoy lounging by the pool, fishing off the dock or grilling on the lanai in the comforts of the house.
Want to explore the island by land? Enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. within biking or walking distance from the house.
Want to explore the gulf? Enjoy the boat dock and gulf access the house has to offer. Explore the Ten Thousand Islands and/or take a trip in the canal on the kayaks.
The Property is equipped with:

* Fresh, clean linens in each bedroom
- Kitchen
* Coffeemaker/Keurig combo, toaster, microwave, blender, dishwasher, (2) rolls of paper towels, trash bags & dishwasher tablets, fire extinguisher

* Set of towels per person, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) makeup towel
- Laundry room
* Washer/dryer, laundry detergent provided for beach/pools towels only

Other things to note:
* No Pets/No Emotional Support Animals
* No Parties/Events, No Hosting of Parties, Events, Gatherings
* Property protected by security cameras
* Guest must adhere to all house/city/local/state/federal laws

Hello. My husband and I have been together for over thirty years and have three children. All our lives, we have lived in New Hampshire and enjoy the change in seasons and being able to do outdoor activities year round. We try to escape to Marco Island as often as we can and spend time boating, biking, walking on the beach or just relaxing by the pool. We hope you love Marco Island as much as we do.

Our home is located on a canal with great easy access to the gulf when boating.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our home has a beautiful dock great for fishing. It also has a great view of the fireworks from Marco Marriott during the 4th of July. Occasionally you can catch a glimpse of dolphins along the canal from the home.
