The living space features a dining table for two. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom in the mezzanine has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a TV to watch your favorite shows.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Our home is located conveniently in the 4th Arrondissement. Key pickup is within a 10-minute walk, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

La Croix-Rousse is well known for its traboules, stairs, market, creators, and history linked to silk. This district offers a breathtaking city view of the heights of Lyon. The district is authentic and dynamic with its heritage, history, and architecture. You can stop at a café-theater or see the art galleries. All you need to do is cross the bridge to go directly to the Tête d'Or Park for a family outing or take the artistic-looking climb of the Grande Côte to reach the city center. The bohemian village-like neighborhood is very commercial; you will find amenities such as grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc., nearby.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Croix-Rousse, is just a 4-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS) is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
