Amazing place and host!

Fantastic place to stay and Colleen is an A host. She was super communicative and responsive for two minor tech issues we had during our stay and helped us resolve them quickly. The space is amazing, great views, lots of space to relax indoors and outdoors and close to all. Will definitely be back!

Excellent property for whole family on Clearwater Beach.

This was our second stay in this beautiful property. Unit has everything you need for your family vacation. Wonderful pool area if your not going to the beach. Property located within a five minute walk to beach, restaurants and family activities. Will contract again for our next trip.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. It’s on a quiet street facing the bay away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag, but close enough to walk to the beach. It has all the supplies you need, even kids plates, laundry pods, and beach chairs. There’s a patio on every level. Also lots of storage for each bedroom. The stairs are a bit steep but we found them manageable - my older parents chose to sleep on the second floor bedroom. The others are the third floor. The garage is also a bit tight for larger vehicles (we had a big crossover and a wider sedan), but it’s nice that there’s a two car garage at all.

Great stay in Clearwater

Excellent property and location! Clean, well stocked and had everything that we needed! Great for families with young children as the house had baby gates, high chairs and pack n plays available for use. Easy walk to the beach! Complex has a quiet pool with great views. Using the boat dock was convenient and easy. Could see dolphins from the balcony every day! Great stay, would definitely recommend

Perfect Vacation Spot!

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. The house itself is stunning, very modern and spacious. We had 9 guests and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Our host provided plenty of towels and toiletries to make our stay comfortable. There is even beach equipment that is available for guests to use. Overall, a fabulous place to book for a relaxing trip in Clearwater!

Memorial service to Mom

We stayed during our trip down for memorial service of our mother and the condo was perfect. We had enough room for all and easy access to all grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend Forlini”s and ask for Peter! He took great care of our group. The condo is excellent and is even nicer than the pictures. Recommend for all ages and families. Great place.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property itself was clean, spacious, and in a great location for a Clearwater family vacation. Communication from the management company was prompt and professional throughout our visit. The only major issue during our stay was that the air conditioning on the third floor stopped working, which affected 3 of the 4 bedrooms for approximately 3 nights. An HVAC technician visited the property and determined that a replacement part was needed, but the repair could not be completed during our stay. Upstairs temperatures reached approximately 82 degrees. The management company did offer an alternate property in a nearby city, and they remained responsive throughout the situation. We ultimately chose to stay at the property rather than relocate during the trip because of inconvenience. We appreciated the communication and the partial refund that was provided. Aside from the AC issue, we had a positive experience overall.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your kind comments regarding the cleanliness, spaciousness, location, and communication during your stay. We sincerely apologize again for the unexpected air conditioning issue on the third floor. As soon as we were notified, we immediately arranged for an HVAC technician to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the repair required a specialized replacement part that was not available during your stay, which was completely beyond our control. We worked diligently to provide solutions, including offering a comparable alternate property for the remainder of your stay, and we remained in constant communication throughout the process. We also provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. While we regret that the repair could not be completed before your departure, we are pleased that you found the rest of your stay enjoyable and appreciate your acknowledgment of our responsiveness and efforts to address the situation.

Perfect for Family

Beautiful property and exactly what the listing details. Colleen was very helpful and answered messages even late at night. Normally we stay on beach front but wanted to try something different and glad we did the stay was phenomenal and the entire Family was happy with vacation. Don’t bring beach chairs, floats wagons etc cause she had it all in garage which made short trip to beach easy daily. Will stay again if we come to Florida next summer.
