Beläget på toppen av en kulle, mitt i 500 tunnland med miles av promenader och preparerade x-country skidspår, vildmarksbad, och 5000 liter pool. Denna ovanliga 11.000 kvm. Ft. Slottet har en otrolig utsikt över Mt. Monadnock från N & sjö / stranden från S.
Njut av ensamhet och fantastiska solnedgångar på denna underbara egenskap i Rindge, NH. Perfekt för släktträffar, retreater, etc. Observera: inga bröllop, banketter, eller mottagningar, endast hus sådan.

Slottet byggdes av ägare & avslutades i 1995. Inredningen är unik i sin hemliga trappor, skiffer och trägolv i hela, gotiska valv w / faux stenmurar, en stor formell men ändå bekväma vardagsrum w / marmor och granit öppen spis offset w / en vacker flygel, 9 meters takhöjd, autentiska gobelänger och rullas glasdörrar som öppnas till en stor Wedgwood stil matsal som erbjuder en infälld tak w / en upplyst solnedgången. I källaren bar / -rum och tredje våningen lekrum kommer att försäkra att alla i alla åldrar ha kul!

Ålderskrav: Guest måste vara minst trettio (30) år för att hyra fastigheten. Observera att detta är mycket viktigt eftersom du kommer att ha full ANSVAR av slottet när du hyr den. Detta är vårt hem, så behandla det med respekt, precis som du skulle vill att någon ska ta hand om ditt hem. TACK.

På grund av Town Zoning måste vi strängt begränsa antalet personer i slottet eller på grunden, för varje samling, inklusive HEMLINGAR, BANKETT, ELLER RECEPTION till totalt 22 personer, även om de inte stannar över natten.

Fyrverkerier är strängt förbjudet av STADEN Rindge. Inga fyrverkerier på plats eller på stranden. OM NÅGRA fyrverkerier hörs av grannarna, kommer polisen KALLAS och du förlorar hela din insättning.

DET FINNS EN 10:00 OUTDOOR buller förordningen; Det innebär att alla buller måste inne i slottet efter denna tid.

Firepit får inte flyttas. DET ÄR 25 fot FRÅN den egendom som är det nödvändiga avståndet ENLIGT brand koder. Firepit hemma och på stranden kan bara användas från 05:00 till 09:00.

Sunridge Castle in Fitzwilliam, NH

Our family (12 adults and 2 children) had the most magical long weekend at the castle! We were in NH for a family wedding in Rindge. The castle was the perfect location! The amenities provided are amazing...no one could be bored there. The grandkids really enjoyed all the gargoyles, knights in armor, dragons and exploring the secret passageways. The adults had a great time too, especially in the game room. The patio with the fire pit overlooking the lake is just so relaxing. The owners' attention to details and provision of everything you could possibly need made it very easy to settle in and enjoy being together. Mike, the caretaker, was very friendly and made check in and check out easy. Communication with the owners was easy through the VRBO app and they were quick to respond.

An absolute gem of a place

We stayed here over a weekend to celebrate getting married with friends and it was perfect. The amount of rooms/beds, the views, the activities, and the accommodations… there was always something to do for everyone and the room to do it. Everyone was able to enjoy their own activity, as well as gather together in one area for meals. The place was very clean, had extras of everything, and the property manager was very helpful and friendly. One of the best stays!

Amazing Experience - We Felt Like Royalty

I can unequivocally say we had a wonderful time from the moment we drove up until we were driving away. We had booked this as a surprise for our adult children (and their partners) to stay with us. They were absolutely wowed by the amazing castle, the amazing views and just how cool it was. The caretaker Mike was incredibly helpful and helped get us set up perfectly. We would 100% stay again - if we could find an opening :-)

Pre/Post-Wedding Bridesmaids Hangout

Mother-of-bride: Since everyone attending my daughter's wedding in NH came from a different state I wanted a place where she and her bridesmaids could spend the night together before the wedding and have plenty of room to get ready on the big day. It was a generous and very awesome gift to be able to give our princess a castle for the night! TY Hunt Castle, you did not disappoint. Everyone was in awe of this spectacular home.

Hunt Castle

Hunt Castle is a beautiful castle on a lake with a lot of toys - paddle boat, canoe, kayaks and fishing poles plus a pool and hot tub. My granddaughter caught 2 fish. Everything is right there

Unique property

It's cool to be given the opportunity to stay in a castle with large grounds for relaxed leisure activities. Great views. Secret passages. Princess tower all don't disappoint. Property managers Mike and Mike were great. Would love to have seen pictures of the property being developed.

Great venue for a family vacation

We had a great stay at the castle enjoyed by kids, parents and grandparents. There was plenty of room for sleeping, dining and entertainment. The kids really liked the playroom and the hidden staircase. The outdoor space was also first rate, with spacious grounds, plenty of outdoor seating and two grills. We made good use of the hot tub, pool and disc golf course. The lake was larger than expected and perfect for kayaking. Overall, the castle exceeded our expectations and provided a very enjoyable family getaway.

Great Vacation!

What a lovely long weekend we had at the castle. The grounds were beautiful and serene. The private beach had paddle boats, kayaks etc. and the pond was beautiful. The castle was clean and big yet cozy. The children’s playroom was spacious and bright with every toy you could think of including a trampoline! The crushed ice machine and hot tub were a big hit! There is a fire pit with a beautiful view as well. The caretakers were very nice and happy to accommodate. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return soon!!

Great house for a large group

We have so much fun at this house. Big enough to fit 16+ guests comfortably. Fun game room, large dining room, lots of bedrooms. But then quiet areas if you need some downtime. The grounds are great for long walks. Can't wait to go back!

Idyllic Setting

Simple amazing property and setting. The castle had EVERY SINGLE THING that you could want for a large group. The amenities kept our family entertained at the lake and the disc golf course and the castle was so fun. Room for everyone, different spaces to be quiet or party. Everyone was amazed that a place like this was available to us.

This place was amazing!

This property exceeding our expectations. The palace was spacious, clean and appointed with just about anything you would need. The caretaker was helpful and friendly. The grounds were simply amazing. We never had to leave the property to enjoy our vacation other than shopping for food and supplies. Highly recommend!

Great way to spend your 60th Birthday

What a wonderful time we had doing a surprise 60th Birthday for my husband. there were 14 of us. The weather was great. so it gave up plenty of time to go and do some hiking. Everything you could need was at the Castle. The Game room and bar was awesome and we used often. Can't wait to rent it again.

Perfect Getaway Weekend

Rented the Castle for a Mom's get-a-way weekend to celebrate my 40th with 8 friends. The house and the property were fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space so we could have our own rooms and sleep in. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking together and exploring the castle and grounds - there's a great easy 45 min hike around the lake. Highly recommend bringing tiaras to wear in the hot tub while sipping mulled wine on a lovely fall day. Definitely looking forward to coming back with our families someday, there was plenty of space and activities for all ages to enjoy.

Relaxing vacation

We had 11 adults (28-50) & 6 kids, plenty of things to do on the property. We caught a ton of fish, played a few rounds of disc golf, and loved the basement and all the games on our rainy days. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes & everything you need. Espresso machine, French press, tea kettle, coffee pot, crockpot & so much more! Plenty of beds & towels. Kids loved the playroom, pool, hot tub and finding the secret passages. Great service & groundskeepers were amazing. Greeted us when we arrived & gave us a tour of the castle. Very friendly & extremely helpful! Thanks for a great family vacation!

Spectacular

This property is amazing. My family and I had a wonderful time. Everything was just as it was listed. Mike the caretaker was as nice as could be. Stopped by in the morning to see if we needed anything. Answered all of our questions about the trails and the property. The paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks worked out great for us. We had a ball. The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. We felt like royalty. Thank you, Linda & John.

Magical location; (although not magical beforehand)

The property is stunning. It’s a unique place to stay. It was great to have access to boats and paddleboards, and the game room was fun. Mike was very kind and got fishing supplies for my son (although we weren’t a fan of a 7:30am unannounced visit); but he was so thoughtful that it made it ok. The owners should remove some photos and knick-knacks for when guests will be staying; we’ve been to many vrbo’s that are owner-inhabited but they’ve all removed these items so it’s more guest-friendly. There were not enough bathrooms, but we made due. My main issue was a phone call from John (owner) prior to our stay where he swore at me and was extremely rude. It was distasteful, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. We opted to stay anyways, and fortunately the kindness of Mike made up for the unkindness of John.

Fun accommodations for a family of 18

The Castle provided everything we needed for a great time with our extended family, ages 16 months to 73. The basement Game Room was a hit — lots of activities for our Family Tournament of pool, foos ball, darts, ping pong. And poker in between at the poker table. The lake and private beach provided many fun days of sunning, boating, fishing, hanging out. The firepit and tables/chairs just outside off the kitchen was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view, and cook our Smores. The kitchen was laid out well, and had everything we needed for preparing our family dinners. (Finding things was a challenge, as the kitchen had SO many cooking utensils/equipment and lots of cupboards/drawers.) The upstairs playrooms were a hit with our 4 children (and their parents). The furnishings and decor were top notch, creating a homey plus Castle-like experience. The towels provided in the bathrooms could have been of better quality (some were a bit threadbare with threads hanging off). Mike, the caretaker, was friendly and accommodating, responding quickly to any questions or issues we had. We highly recommend this location and accommodations!

Great family getaway

The castle was exactly as expected.. huge, secret passages and rooms to explore, beautiful views, tons of outdoor space to enjoy and plenty of space indoors to stay entertained with toys for the kids and games in the bar for adults. We utilized every aspect of the castle. We were pleasantly surprised by the stock of food and ingredients left in the kitchen as well as every cookware you could imagine to cook with. The property manage, Mike, was amazing, he answered all of our questions and checked in with us frequently. The ONLY downside is that the location was difficult for many of our guests to find, which in part was due to snow conditions and it being dark when they arrived. Other than the initial arrival, the location is picturesque and perfectly remote for a family retreat. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we will be trying to book a summertime stay!

Amazing friends reunion at the Castle!

This was our second stay at the castle and it was even better than we remembered! We are a group of 11 adults and six children. Our last day was 11 years ago before this group had kids. It was incredible to come back with the kids and see them experience, the wonders and joy of the castle. Mike the caretaker was fantastic as were the owners with communication leading up to our stay. Mike was accessible and ready to answer any questions that we had and appreciate his time. We got to experience all aspects of the castle and grounds. We had one day with excellent weather that we spent on the lake using the paddle boots, kayaks, and can use. We also utilize the outdoor patio lawn and fire pit. As there was a little bit of rain, we also got to take full advantage of the various indoor spaces, including the third-floor playroom and the basement bar. The secret passages are always a huge treat! You will find absolutely everything you need in this home within the kitchen, utensils, appliances, coffee makers, ice machine, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!
