Our check-in verification process is a standard security measure used to help protect both guests and property owners. Also, we did send a technician during your stay to check the WiFi, and they confirmed that it was working on their visit. As for the beds, comfort can certainly vary by personal preference, but we’re sorry they did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is taken seriously. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the building’s maintenance, though we’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience it caused, especially on your departure day. We know that carrying luggage down from the 4th floor, especially with children, must have been challenging. While this was out of our control, we sincerely apologize for the disruption and will share this concern with the building management.
