Private Pet Friendly Avenues Suite-❤️ of Downtown!

The perfect space for you & your furry travel partner to enjoy the best that Salt Lake City has to offer. Includes an animal crate, fiber Wi-Fi, workspace, free private parking, private entrance, self check-in, BBQ, & outdoor seating. Along with being only a few minutes walk to the convention center, the capitol, & the best restaurants & shopping in the state, you`re still only 40 minutes to ski resorts & Park City, & a quick 10 minutes to the Airport.

This unit is a private suite in large and historic Victorian house. It has it`s own private entrance and parking. When entering, you first arrive in the kitchen and next to the bathroom. A doorway from the kitchen leads you into bedroom area which houses a queen size bed, a fold-out sleeper sofa, the TV and the desk. We, as the owners, live above with our dogs.
Large vehicles will not fit in the private parking spot.

Cute and overall a nice stay. The chairs in the apartment were both bent or were so cheap they bent upon sitting but ended up the floor when sitting in either chair. And the entry way to the door was very dusty and cobwebbed.

Excellent stay!

Perfect for our visit! Clean and very nice, really comfortable bed and in safe residential area that was close to everything you’d need and right next to downtown.

Adorable Place

This is a really cute place in a walkable neighborhood. We loved it! Next time I want to bring my dog since they are dog friendly.

Great location. Even on tired legs after a marathon, I was able to shuffle around to take in some of the local sights and dining scene. Unit had everything I needed for R&R.

Great space in a great neighborhood

Located mere blocks from downtown SLC yet quiet and private. A peaceful park was a half-block away, making it very easy to walk our dogs. Clean and comfortable, more spacious than a hotel at about the same price, friendly hosts, highly recommended.

Perfect stay

Our stay was perfect! Easy access and parking, and super comfortable. I was in town for work for 2 weeks with my dog; they were very pet friendly, and there is a great park very close which was ideal. They provided everything we needed for our home away from home in SLC!

Spacious place with a great location

This was a very spacious unit located in a convenient part of town. It was close to everything. It had everything that we needed. The host was excellent in communicating with us. We would stay here again.

Great stay

The property was exactly as described and suited me perfectly. The owner was in communication through the Vrbo app and was available if I were to need anything. The property is in a great location, very close to downtown, but in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with a lovely park nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

Great space in the right place

This little unit had a great kitchen and roomy sleeping space. The proximity to the state Capitol and Memory Grove are a huge plus. City center train station is a 10 min walk away.

Quiet neighborhood in safe and easy walking distance of the LDS Church Conference Center and most other downtown locations. The property was perfect for our needs.

Vey cute and cozy. They provided coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They also provide dog bowls and some dog beds. I felt very safe walking my dog early in the morning or late at night. There is a cute little park across the street that was a great place to take my dog.

Visit to Salt Lake for Hospital Procedures

Visit up to Salt Lake for some routine procedures at Holy Cross Hospital - 3 days and 2 nights stay. Great hosts!! Drew was very quick to respond to any questions. The accommodations were clean and nice. Pet friendly, we had our two mini Daschunds with us, Annie and Oakley and they enjoyed the neighborhood walks.

Cozy Retreat

I stayed in this cozy basement apartment while I was in town for a convention. It was a welcome respite away from the inevitable chaos that comes from 1000 network contacts all staying in the same hotel. I got lots of work done, and even had some much needed down time. The neighborhood is lovely and comfortable for walking. It's close to downtown, but quiet. A must stay!
