Welcome to STUDIO LA LAGUNE, a cozy little nest located on the ground floor of a friendly residence in LE GRAU DU ROI. With its well-designed 27 mÂČ, this studio can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a seaside vacation with family or friends. Just steps away from the beach, flip-flops are all you need to reach the waves! You will love to drop your luggage here for a simple, relaxing, and 100% Mediterranean stay.
Housing composition:
- Living room: a double sofa bed (1x2 persons - 140x190), comfortable for movie nights or well-deserved naps after the beach.
- Equipped kitchen: refrigerator, mini-oven, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, SENSEO capsule coffee maker... everything to prepare your appetizers and small dishes in a seaside style.
- Cabin: a sofa bed (1x2 persons - 140x200) in an independent space, perfect for a cozy small sleeping area.
- Bathroom: bathtub AND shower (yes, both!), towel rack, hair dryer, towel warmer... spa atmosphere at home.
- Other equipment: air conditioning (hello freshness!), washing machine, clothes horse, board games for screen-free evenings, duvets and pillows provided.
