This nice apartment has a perfect central location - it is situated in the historical part of Split, just two minutes from the Dioclecian's Palace, the site listed on UNESCO's heritage list. It is situated on the higher ground floor of an old residental building and spreads over 60 m2 (645 sq ft). It consists of a large double bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen with dining room, a bathroom, a hall and a mini laundry room. In the living room there is a couch that can be opened and used for sleeping (i.e. two additional persons can be accomodated). At request, baby cot can be provided as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge-freezer, an electric hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a blender, an electric kettle, pots, pans and all other kitchen utensils.
Clean bed linen and towels will be provided. On request, we may provide beach towels at no extra charge.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned (cooling/heating functions), has wi-fi, LCD TV (102 cm/ 40''), a safe, a washing machine/dryer, ironing board, electronic iron and hair dryer.
