- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;

- a living room for relaxing after a day out;
- a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you'll have access to: fridge, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, microwave, oven, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about them.

Facing the Garonne River and Place de la Bourse, you'll discover the former Orléans train station, now home to a large cinema. Nearby, the Université Européenne de Gestion and, just a few steps away, the Parc des Berges and Jardin Botanique offer a large green space. This new strolling area offers a wonderful view of the Tourny facade built along the left bank quays. La Bastide is also characterized by its architectural charm, notably the bell tower of the Sainte-Marie de la Bastide church and the Maison Cantonale, an architectural work of the 1930s. The city center is easily reached by tramway or the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
