Inside, you will discover a spacious and inviting living room equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa to admire the exterior view. This living room is the perfect place for relaxing moments with family or friends. The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped. The house includes a spacious bedroom on the ground floor, featuring its own private bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find two bright bedrooms with double beds. A shared bathroom completes this floor, ensuring comfort and convenience for all occupants.

You have access to the entire house.
All household linens are provided on site (sheets, covers, towels, etc.), as well as shampoo and shower gel.

Check-in is from 4 PM onwards.
Key handover is fully autonomous using the on-site lockbox.
Check-out is by 10 AM at the latest.
Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request only (with an additional fee of €10).

The neighborhood has all the charming features of a village: a grocery store, a bakery, a restaurant, and a bar.
Most importantly, you are just a 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire and a 10-minute drive from Amboise!

Amboise train station is a 15-minute drive away.

Cleaning is included in the rental price, just please respect the house and its surroundings. :)
