Welcome to “What a View”, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the highly sought after elite Tower III at Calypso Beach Resort. Even though the resort and our unit is less than 4 years old, we just totally refurnished and redecorated it to take it to the next level and bring the outside and the "view" - inside! “What a View” stands out not only because of its breathtaking views, but because of its hospitality that combines luxury vacation living with accessibility and ease.

Simply pack your suitcases, knowing that every amenity has already been thought of, and get ready to enjoy! From the oversized balcony with its comfy seating for 8, you won't be able to take your eyes off the breathtaking sunsets, the pier, Pier Park and the Gulf. There's even a telescope and pair of binoculars for you to use so you can take in the 24-hour view which goes all the way down the coast to Destin! The best “amenity” is that every night the sun sets straight out in front of you and slips into the water just beyond the pier! This beautiful property brings the relaxed, island feel of the Caribbean to the Emerald Coast with the best of resort luxury and style. Six super fast and modern elevators mean you're never waiting long to get up or down and the beach is just a 2-minute walk from the elevators. When you've had enough surf and sand, you will love the resort style zero-entry heated pool with plenty of lounge seating, a hot tub, a fire pit, and private cabanas that are available to rent. There's a Tiki bar- with occasional live music, and a fabulous on-site restaurant (Emerald Hub) by the pool with tasty sandwiches, pizza, coffee, donuts, ice cream and more.

Living Spaces:
The living room features a cozy sectional (that transitions into a queen-sized bed) with stunning views of the ocean and the Pier – where you can watch your favorite movie and still have one eye on the sunset – or, just step outside the living room onto the expansive balcony with its own dining table, chaise lounges and additional comfy seating and enjoy the “show”.

Kitchen and Dining:
Even though the Calypso Beach Resort (along with Pier Park) has plenty of restaurants to choose from, this brand-new kitchen, complete with ocean view, has everything you need from a Ninja blender to a Dual coffee machine. In addition to a convenient eat-in island counter, there's a gracious dining table as well so family breakfasts and special dinners can provide that chance to make special memories!

The master bedroom has its own gulf view from the king size bed and its own private access out to the balcony's two chaise lounges. The master's en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. Down the hall is another king bedroom with its own ocean view. And for the young and young at heart, there is a third bedroom with twin bunk beds and its own Smart TV. There's also a second spacious full bathroom complete with tub. Need more room? The sectional sofa also doubles as an additional queen size bed.

**A Pack-N-Play (not a crib) and/or Portable Booster Chair can be placed within your property as long as advised at least 48-hours prior to arrival and based on payment of a rental fee (Pack-N-Play $20.00, Booster Chair- $15.00).

Starting March 31, 2025, the seven oversized parking spaces along the Northside of the parking garage (typically used for vehicles with trailers) will be temporarily closed until Friday April 28th, 2025. Do not attempt to use these seven parking spaces during the month of April. Work areas will be blocked off and secured. Any vehicle found attempting to forcefully parking during this period could be towed away at owners expense.
