Place was amazing! Host was very helpful with everything we needed even the last minute accommodations. Would definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

Cleaning is essential and we always expect our cleaning, inspectors and pre-arrival inspectors to be 100% sure that guests will have a positive first impression. Please keep us in mind for furture visits. Have a great summer.

Location is amazing. Literally minutes walk to beach w its own access. This resort is dated . Lots of pools but they are poorly maintained and extremely dirty. Gym and equipment also not maintained . Ppl were in unit upon 4 pm check in . maintenance was “fixing” items so we weren’t able to enter unit for check in u til 5 pm after a long day of driving. Unit was dirty. Whoever is cleaning, simply is not. Dirty appliances inside and out. Dead bugs all over bedrooms had to vacuum entire unit myself. Also a lot of live palmetto roaches in kitchen and laundry. Bed linens were dirty also had to wash myself. Unit is also outdated. Toilet seats coming off and chipping paint. Everything is old or broken. And filthy. Location is the only thing going for this rental. For the price I would not rent this unit again.

This makes no sense. The guest responded by text to quality assurance contact 24 hours after checking in stating, “yes mam everything is great, thank you”. Maintenance was in the unit until 4:17 on the arrival day and the guests were not delayed entry. The pesticide service is routine without any reports from previous guests or staff seeing and reporting. We were unable to agree to an extended stay because we had guests coming in right behind this one. These are the people that damaged the oven handle (yanked it completely off) and toilet paper holder. The owners of this property have completely replaced the floors throughout, painted, replaced television, replaced major appliances including new washer and dryer, replaced dining table and chairs, replaced living room tables, replaced bedding, etc. recently . Again, we were unable to agree to the request extend this reservation by a day.

Great first trip to PCB.

After arriving at Panama City Beach we discovered a water leak at the property. After communicating with the owner they were able to accommodate us and move us to a Nother location and we were able to enjoy our vacation with no problems. Everything went well, the owner was quick in responding and solving the problem.I would definitely rent again at this location.

What we liked best is that this unit is a very quick walk to the beach! Under 5 minutes. There are two entrances to the beach, on either side of their restaurant. If you have a beach wagon as we did, use their private entrance because it's a ramp whereas the other is steep stairs, you'll need your key card. The host had excellent and prompt communication. Accessing the unit was super easy. They called the day before with the code. There is a paper agreement you'll have to fill out, sign and fax or email back to them ahead of time. And a code word you'll be emailed with, you'll need that for your door code when they call you. There is an ice vending machine on property that sells large bags of ice, takes debit or credit card. The property felt very safe, it's gated and staffed with a gate guard. Two assigned parking spots and you can pull right up to the door, no fussing with elevators or long hallways or fighting for luggage carts. Now this particular unit is a bit dated, but very homey and cozy, ice cold air was turned on for us and ice in freezer already made, which was nice.The area is quiet, no wild parties. The cleaning crew could be a little better, but overall it was clean enough. For the price, you get 2 bedrooms, your dog is allowed to stay, and the beach is super close. That's all we really cared about. There's also a washer and dryer. We were happy with our stay.

The location was awesome, walking distance to the beach access! The condo itself was clean and was very accommodating! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Having the back laundry room was perfect and was stocked with items for beach fun! We did have a slight issue with the door code not working, however the attendant was able to get us in and came by to change the batteries promptly and we had no further issues!

Whoever cleaned the place before we arrived did a horrible job. Had dog hairs on the sheets and blankets that were on the bed so we know they weren't changed prior to our arrival. Washing machine worked but the dryer didn't. Fixed the next day and dryed 1 load and didn't start for another load after. 2nd day tried to use the stove and it didn't work. Sent someone over and was fixed the next day. Other than that it was an okayish stay. They did respond quickly to getting things fixed.

Would Not Recommend - Dirty & Broken!

We own and manage rental properties and also travel frequently, so this review comes from a place of experience. As with any stay there were pros & cons, so both are listed in full detail below. Overall, the unit was unclean and unkept. The owner was unfriendly and not receptive to our concerns. We would have rated this property with only one star had it not been for the excellent location and community. This stay was not worth what we paid and we would not stay again or recommend to others. Pros: - Property amenities are amazing. - 11 pools onsite - all are well maintained and clean. - Close to private beach access. - In-unit washer and dryer. - Pet friendly. - Nice community. Cons: - Unit was very dirty and in disrepair. You name it.. it's broken or breaking. - Carpets have not been vacuumed in a long time. Hair and dirt are everywhere throughout the 2nd floor. - Bathroom rugs were filthy and had a dead roach, hair, and dirt embedded in them. - Shower does not drain. Drain stop is missing and you can clearly see the mass of hair and gunk that's causing the clog and standing water. - Master bedroom sheets were stained and had food crusted on them. - Upstairs bathroom mirror had spit marks from previous guests. - Upstairs sink was not clean. A ring from previous guest's mouthwash was still present as well. - Main entrance door had bloody fingerprints on it. - Stove had food crusted on it. -Multiple lightbulbs needing replacement. - Overall condition of the unit was poor and general repairs are needed throughout. - Check-in process was inefficient - we had to drive 15 minutes past the unit to pick up a packet of paper with the entrance code and parking pass. The office was hard to find in the dark. Shortly after we arrived, we reached out to the property owner to share our concerns. The owner implied we were lying and said that the unit was not like this prior to our arrival. However, this is how it was when we arrived! We sent photos to the owner through VRBO. He wanted someone he knew to come check our "bizarre description" and was generally rude and combative as we expressed our concerns. He offered housekeeping to come early the next morning. As we were already settled with our dogs and tired from traveling, we declined. The unit should have been cleaned prior to our arrival; instead, we ended up having to clean the unit ourselves. Owner refused to work with us to come up with another solution to make this right. We do not recommend.

The guests immediately before and after this person gave us 5 and 4 star reviews for this unit. The guests were bizzare and extremely rude. We did offer to send people back to the unit and they literally pleaded with us not to return while they were there. We were concerned about their demeanor and the safety of the townhouse but we did honor their request. We had 2 additional encounters with them one when they were expressing great concern about anyone delivering food to the resort and the second when housekeeping and management went to the unit immediately following their departure. The people were filthy. There was actually food and trash all over the downstairs. They never had any communication with the owner of the townhouse, nor were they ever told they were communicating with the owner. As the owner of the management company, I told them I found the report difficult to believe and did ask 2 different times that they allow me to send a manager to the unit to see what they were complaining about and to correct anything that was not right. Both times they refused. Staff did take a 2nd set of BRAND NEW bed linens for the master bed. We can't explain how a brand new set of sheets could have been soiled, wrinkled and used? They do not come that way from Macy's. The pictures the guests claim they sent could not be opened and I told the guests that 2 times. We are sorry anytime anyone has a less than totally satisfied experience in one of our units but we can not be responsible for fiction, paranoid delusions or vindictive personality disorders. The experience Natalie W describes is total BS. I only wish we had been much more assertive about being permitted to get into the townhouse to reality test while she was there.
