This newly renovated home in downtown Lewes is ready for your vacation rental!

Situated on a quiet street in the downtown district, this home features a completely renovated space. Enter onto a covered front porch which is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee and then enter the open living space. The bright and airy décor is so welcoming! A large gourmet kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining spaces.

Down the hallway you will find a large primary bedroom with private bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms share a hall bathroom.

After a day on the beach, head into town for some ice cream at Kings or a late dinner at one of the many restaurants.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Great place!!

This is a very nice place in a quiet location. The only reason I didn’t give a better review was because the overall cleanliness was lacking. I understand it’s a place at the beach but everywhere you walked in the house you felt sand and the wet spot on the ceiling in the kitchen. The check in process is also frustrating because you have to go to a realtor office out of the way to get the keys to the house.

Lovely house and convenient location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unassuming house has been totally renovated inside and was wonderful for our small family vacation! We enjoyed sitting on the front and back porches on this quiet street - and it was an easy walk or bike ride to downtown Lewes which has shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing options. Don't skip the easy drive to Cape Henlopen State Park too - very nice beach and enjoyed a WW2 program at Fort Miles. Would definitely stay here again!
