Enjoy a wide open floor plan filled with creature comforts, including a high-end Memory Foam King Bed, a plush Queen memory foam sleeper sofa, and an ultra-comfortable luxury Queen air mattress. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, and all the small appliances you need to self-entertain.
Productive Workspace:
Dedicated workspace for business travelers and self-employed individuals ensures productivity and comfort. Relax in the rain head shower with hand wand, or unwind with a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker.
For clarity: house has a dedicated sleeping area for king sized bed, however the house is configured internally as a studio which means the sleeping area is not private and does not have a private door or dividing walls.
Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to enjoy the expansive deck with shade, a cozy fire pit, and both front and rear outdoor living spaces. Smart TV and ceiling fans add to the ambiance, making this retreat feel like home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This property is perfectly located in Indianapolis to get to all of the most popular venues life Lucas Oil Stadium, The Conference center, Bankers Life Arena, Fountain Square, and down town. Everything is within2.5 miles. Speedway (where the Indy raceway is) is about 10 minute drive. Easy access (less than a half mile) to Highway, and tons of eateries. This home is very well situated to see/get to all things Indy.

What makes our place unique is the location but also the decor, amenities and most of all VALUE that we offer. We you not find a place in Indy that is nicer, more comfortable, or close to everything, for the price. Period. Give us a try and you will see for yourself.
