This charming 95 m² air-conditioned house with sea and mountain views and jacuzzi can accommodate up to 8 guests and is located in Sant'Antonino. It has a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom with bathtub, and a 25 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 45 m² living room with TV, armchairs and a double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., as well as a dining area.
- Bedroom 1 (25 m²): master suite with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2 (15 m²): with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 (15 m²): with 2 single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Jacuzzi available all year round
- A beautiful 25 m² partially fenced private garden with a small pavilion (partly shared), with furniture and a large shared outdoor lounge with a view
- A shared pétanque court
- A 50 m² terrace facing south-west, with furniture (a table and chairs, deckchairs, etc.) and a jacuzzi to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Sant'Antonino, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby you can enjoy all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park shared by the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Algajola, about 9 km away
- Nearest airport: Calvi, approx. 18 km away
