Between Nantes and Cholet, in the village of Saint Germain-sur-Moine, come stay in this small, 75mÂČ old house, all on one level.
You'll be able to walk to numerous local shops in just 4 minutes: bakery, mini-market, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, and vending machine selling regional takeaway dishes or pizzas.
And within a 20-minute drive, you'll find wonderful sightseeing and activities: La BoissiÚre du Doré Zoo, the village of Clisson, the Museum of Shoemaking, La Ruche de Mary, horseback riding in the vineyards, and Tiffauges Castle.
Puy du Fou, the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, and Nantes are just 30 minutes away. The Atlantic coast and Angers are just 1 hour away.
Don't miss the famous Hellfest, the last weekend of June every year, just 20 minutes from the cottage!
The cottage comprises an entrance hall with a dining area for 5 to 6 people, a new, fully equipped and comfortable kitchen, a living room with a television and a small sofa, two bedrooms with a 140x190cm bed each, a bathroom and separate toilet. A small 6.70mÂČ room can accommodate 1 person in a bunk bed.
A small veranda allows you to enjoy the sunshine, as does the south-facing outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning (âŹ70), towels on request (âŹ6 per person). Sheets are included in the price and beds are made. Fully enclosed grounds and parking for 3 to 4 vehicles. Baby equipment on request. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi internet access is available.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning: âŹ74.47 per stay
- Towels: âŹ6.38 per person per stay
