Beläget bara en kort promenad till stranden, var vår önskvärd Ohio Avenue hem totalrenoverades! Den har en öppen veranda med rottingmöbler, två sovrum, ett och ett halvt badrum, fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum och matplats. Den har också central luftkonditionering, takfläktar, Xfinity wifi i hela, en platt-TV med DVD och digital kabel i vardagsrummet, och en platt-TV och digital kabel i sovrummet. En diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, gasspis, och full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare är alla utrustade samt. Utanför hittar du en gård på framsidan och på sidan, off-street parkering, en uteplats med uteplats set, gasgrill, medföljande utedusch med varmt och kallt vatten, och ljudet av havet. great little place

Perfect place to stay for graduation from Coast Guard basic training. The first night we had two adults and one son, after graduation our second stayed and it was just the right size for a few nights. Really close to Base and the beach.

Always clean always a pleasure

We are have been coming to Cape May for 24 years and if the Tupper’s have the availability and size of house we need it’s a no brained. They are professional and run clean, well maintained homes at a family friendly price. The kitchen has your basic needs for cooking if you wish to do so.

Perfect Space in a Perfect Place

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and uncluttered, in a very quiet neighborhood. The location gave us the opportunity to walk and bike, without having to drive. Very enjoyable…would highly recommend!!

Loved this cape may house

This place was perfect for us. The beach was a few blocks away and they gave us 2 beach tags so we only had to purchase 2 for our daughters. We rented bikes for a few days and were able to bike all around easily. We also spent 2 days in wildwood which was about 10 minute drive. Lovely place that was close to everything.

Great location, comfortable for families!

This property was inviting, clean and comfortable! Our family of four stayed very easily for a long weekend, but it would be great for a weeklong stay, as well. Location was excellent, very walkable streets and close enough to walk to town and beaches. The addition of blinds or a curtain on the front door window would be terrific, privacy was a bit of a concern because of the large window on the door looking directly into the living room and facing the bathroom. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing stay

This rental house was all we needed for our 2-week stay in Cape May. My sister and I were there for birding and most of the places we visited were 10 minutes away, so very convenient. Very nice neighborhood, we felt completely safe and will be back again in May, hopefully, for spring migration!

Very clean. All necessary supplies provided. Great outdoor space- nice gas grill, outdoor shower. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Trip!

This was an excellent vacation rental for family of 4. The layout is very thoughtful and makes efficient use of space. The location is quiet and accessible to beach and restaurants. Very walkable and bikeable.

Perfect beach getaway

This house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners made the best use of space, so it felt very open and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to easily cook at home. An unexpected bonus was finding beach tags waiting on the counter when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Unbelievable experience!

We loved our stay! Clean, updated, small but absolutely comfortable!!! Everything works well. What a great home. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to provide sheets/towels: When I traveled with a family of 5, packing sheets and towels for all was a lot of space in the car.

Great low key location

This is our second family shore trip spent at this Ohio Ave property. And we are just as pleased as we were with the first trip. We were pleasantly surprised to see additional mid century modern updates to kitchen and furniture throughout. The mid century modern chairs and pull out couch look fantastic and are very comfortable. Only thing we missed from our stay in 2019 was having a love seat. This location is great if you like to be far enough away from the downtown action so you may enjoy your coffee or book on a quiet porch yet be close enough to jump on your bike and be where the action is in 10 mins. Trenton Beach is 8 blocks and includes a comfort station for the little and big ones!!! Beach is 8-10min walk. After a day on the beach the little ones inevitably fall asleep in the wagon or stroller by the time you reach the front door. Perfect timing for the ‘rents to steal some quiet time and a cocktail on the porch.

Cape May Gem

We've been going to Cape May for many years. This 2BR space is great for a family. It's clean and updated. Love the kitchen island and washer/dryer. We contacted Ron about some questions re: the property and he was quick to answer and address any issues we had.

Kim or Ron Tupper är värd

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!

Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.
