Beläget bara en kort promenad till stranden, var vår önskvärd Ohio Avenue hem totalrenoverades! Den har en öppen veranda med rottingmöbler, två sovrum, ett och ett halvt badrum, fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum och matplats. Den har också central luftkonditionering, takfläktar, Xfinity wifi i hela, en platt-TV med DVD och digital kabel i vardagsrummet, och en platt-TV och digital kabel i sovrummet. En diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, gasspis, och full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare är alla utrustade samt. Utanför hittar du en gård på framsidan och på sidan, off-street parkering, en uteplats med uteplats set, gasgrill, medföljande utedusch med varmt och kallt vatten, och ljudet av havet. This was the perfect rental for my family of 4. The house was in great condition and very clean at check-in. The location was an easy 3 minute drive to the beach or 5 minute drive to the shopping. Was worried about noise being a 4-plex but never heard the neighbors inside at all. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely property that is extremely well-maintained. It was spotless when we checked in. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and the grill is easy to use. The neighborhood is entirely residential with tree-lined streets. It is located in a quiet area that is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the beach. It is a longer walk to the Washington Street mall area - about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this home and look forward to coming back next year.

Great place to stay in Cape May!

First time to Cape May and scheduled about a week too early in season for weather and some attractions/activities, but had a great, relaxing vacation. Town is walkable from this location, including beach (if not carrying much), but parking was accessible when we were there. Great restaurants, beautiful Victorian homes and quaint shops abound.Unit is part of a 4-plex, as most nearby are. Had to schedule showers for 5 people, but open floor plan was great.

great little place

Perfect place to stay for graduation from Coast Guard basic training. The first night we had two adults and one son, after graduation our second stayed and it was just the right size for a few nights. Really close to Base and the beach.

Perfect Space in a Perfect Place

We truly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and uncluttered, in a very quiet neighborhood. The location gave us the opportunity to walk and bike, without having to drive. Very enjoyable…would highly recommend!!

Great location, comfortable for families!

This property was inviting, clean and comfortable! Our family of four stayed very easily for a long weekend, but it would be great for a weeklong stay, as well. Location was excellent, very walkable streets and close enough to walk to town and beaches. The addition of blinds or a curtain on the front door window would be terrific, privacy was a bit of a concern because of the large window on the door looking directly into the living room and facing the bathroom. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Always clean always a pleasure

We are have been coming to Cape May for 24 years and if the Tupper’s have the availability and size of house we need it’s a no brained. They are professional and run clean, well maintained homes at a family friendly price. The kitchen has your basic needs for cooking if you wish to do so.

Loved this cape may house

This place was perfect for us. The beach was a few blocks away and they gave us 2 beach tags so we only had to purchase 2 for our daughters. We rented bikes for a few days and were able to bike all around easily. We also spent 2 days in wildwood which was about 10 minute drive. Lovely place that was close to everything.

We've been going to Cape May for many years. This 2BR space is great for a family. It's clean and updated. Love the kitchen island and washer/dryer. We contacted Ron about some questions re: the property and he was quick to answer and address any issues we had.

Quiet, cozy and homey!

Location was perfect for family who prefers being able to stay just outside of downtown, but have access to town shops and restaurants via a short bike ride or 15/20 min. walk. Walk to Trenton beach was 5blocks (10mins.) with a full wagon and toddler. Trenton beach access had a comfort station. This is extremely convenient when potty training children or spending the entire day on the beach. Quiet neighborhood and home is perfect for family of 4-5. Toy bin and sand toys were both a bonus and a hit with our toddler. DVD player was missing a RCA cord and AC stopped working during our trip. Both items were addressed immediately by owner and fixed timely. The owners were incredibly responsive and kind. Kim and her family were fantastic!!!

Amazing stay

This rental house was all we needed for our 2-week stay in Cape May. My sister and I were there for birding and most of the places we visited were 10 minutes away, so very convenient. Very nice neighborhood, we felt completely safe and will be back again in May, hopefully, for spring migration!

Great Trip!

Perfect beach getaway

This house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners made the best use of space, so it felt very open and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to easily cook at home. An unexpected bonus was finding beach tags waiting on the counter when we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Kim or Ron Tupper är värd

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!

Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.
