The studio is located just a stone's throw away from the attractions of Les Sables d'Olonne and local shops, everything will be accessible on foot, (bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy...), cinema, Quai de la Chaume with its bars, restaurants...
The accommodation consists of an entrance leading to a living room-dining room-kitchen open to a loggia, equipped with a sofa bed convertible to 140, a coffee table, a folding dining table with chairs, and a TV.
From an equipped open kitchen, with a microwave, a refrigerator, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle...
From a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. The shower head is the same for the sink and the bathtub.
Finally, during your summer evenings, you can sip an aperitif on the enclosed balcony equipped with a garden lounge.
You will be able to freely park your vehicle around the residence in the Port Olona neighborhood.
