CABIN RULES
* Smoke-free, vape-free home. Smoking detectors send alerts for smoking inside the cabin but record no audio or video
*Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am
*Keep car doors and cabin doors locked (to keep bears out)
BEARS

*Dye, including hair dye, is not allowed on the property.
AGREEMENTS

ACCESS
•Guest(s) shall allow Homeowner or Homeowner's representative access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
NATURE AND WILDLIFE
Tennessee is home to diverse wildlife, including black bears, raccoons, and insects. While we have regular pest control, encounters with nature are normal in this area and may occur in or around the home. No refunds will be given for wildlife sightings. If you notice any issues, please let us know, and we’ll address them promptly.
SECURITY CAMERA
For your safety and ours, please be aware that are two security cameras installed at the front door. The cameras record video footage 24/7. This measure is in place to ensure the security of our property and the safety of all guests. The second camera is for the trash bin; it is the closest we could get to view the bin. We installed the second camera strictly in an attempt to avoid the $250 fine by ensuring bears do not scatter trash. Your privacy is of utmost importance, and no other areas are under video surveillance.
CAUTION
*As you enter the cabin, watch your step. There is a staircase leading downstairs immediately on the left as you enter.
*Inspect the loft area to ensure that the window is locked and the window alarm is working. This "egress" window is required by the county for fire safety, but we want to emphasize that it should always remain closed due to the high drop.
