Welcome to the Douceurs des Iles gîte, a haven of peace decorated by its owners inspired by the theme of travel! This family gîte is ideal for getting together and sharing friendly moments. There you will find a private heated outdoor swimming pool (from May to September), a pleasant garden (fenced by wall and mesh), games for children and a billiards table for older children.

Located on the edge of the Orléans forest, a few kilometers from Pithiviers, the cottage is also close to the magnificent Château de Chamerolles in Chilleurs-aux-Bois. In the surrounding area, you can explore the André Eve rose garden, the Morailles rose garden on the Route de la Rose, as well as the charming village of Chambon-la-Forêt. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful living room of 52m² with an open fitted kitchen, a dining room, a living room with pellet stove, two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, on the landing, a billiard table, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed and a bunk bed (140x190 cm double bed at the bottom and a 90x190 cm single bed (at the top), a bedroom with a single bed 90x190 cm and a double bed 140x190 cm, a bathroom with toilet.

Very pleasant enclosed garden (wall and fence) with a private heated outdoor swimming pool (salt, approximately 28°C, 4x8 m, 1.20m to 1.60m deep), open from May to September depending on weather conditions. Terrace with arbor, barbecue, plancha and pizza oven. You can relax on the deckchairs and swings around the swimming pool. For children, a swing with swing and slide, a basketball hoop and even a trampoline are available. Around five chickens and two ducks in a closed 40m² enclosure on site in the garden (eggs are available).
