Perfectly situated in the heart of Camps Bay with spectacular ocean views and easy access to the beach, Summer Place is a modern three-bedroomed townhouse and ideal for a casual, hassle-free stay with family or friends.

The beautifully renovated townhouse boasts a relaxed, holiday-living feel with stylish ocean-inspired décor in subtle hues of turquoise and blues. It also has two private parking bays in the undercover garage and access to a communal swimming pool and terrace with sun loungers.

The Space:
The entrance level of the apartment has a bright and sunny bedroom with built-in cupboards and a private bathroom with a shower. A comfortably furnished relaxation lounge with an L-shaped couch and flat-screen television is perfect for snuggling up and watching series.

A stylishly decorated and spacious master bedroom is also located on this level of Summer Place and enjoys gorgeous views from large sliding windows, which flood the room with natural light. The master bedroom has an ample walk-through closet area with plenty of cupboard space, and a large en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, a bathtub, and an enclosed toilet and bidet.

The second level is home to the main living areas, which are light and airy, and a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom, all decorated in cool tones of blues and greens. A modern kitchen is sleek and white with a large centre island and is fully equipped for a stress-free stay with an oven, stove, microwave, a fridge/freezer, wine fridge and ice-maker. Stylish stools along one side of the island provide seating to be enjoyed as a breakfast nook or bar counter.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into a casual lounge area with a plush couch and flat-screen television and a dining area where an eight-seater dining table is set next to the balcony with breath-taking views of the ocean beyond. Fully retractable, concertina doors allow you to bring the ‘outside in’ so that the balcony merges with the living space.

Summer Place, one of only six units in the complex, is fully secured and alarmed and has dedicated parking bays on the pool level with direct access from the unit. A short, easy stroll will take you down to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay and its many restaurants, cafés, and buzzing beach bars, while the beautiful blue-flag beaches of Clifton are five minutes away.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. As well as being a popular summer attraction for locals and tourists who flock to the beach, Camps Bay boasts restaurants and watering holes aplenty that line the famous sunset strip for fun that goes on long after dark.

Getting Around:
MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service, and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the Airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton, all you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiti station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you don’t need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.

Beautiful residence, view and location

Five night stay in July 2024. Great view of the ocean. Too chilly to enjoy the pool. Close enough to walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Took Ubers everywhere else. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Never could figure out TV but didn’t really care. (If it matters ask to be shown how it works at check in) Some street noise on the weekends. We were met timely by property manager. Check out easy. Would definitely recommend.
