Villa Alamandra Àr ett enskilt familjhem pÄ Turtle Beach med 180 graders utsikt över Karibien och systerön Nevis med sin vackra 3000 fot Mt. Nevis 2 miles över havet. En 2 minuters promenad tar dig till den vackra och avskilda Turtle Beach.

VÄrt vardagsrum, matplats, kök och master svit Àr pÄ bottenvÄningen med vackert högt vÀlvda tak i naturligt trÀ. Verandan och poolen ligger pÄ samma vÄning. Gourmetutrustat anpassat allt elektriskt kök med full storlek rostfria apparater och bÀnkskivor i granit. Njut av utsikten medan du lagar mat pÄ den halvcirkulÀra köksön. Matbordet har plats för 6-8.

Alla badrum Àr utrustade med anpassade fÄfÀngar och bÀnkskivor i granit. Alla 3 300 kvadratfot golv Àr tÀckta med 18X18 importerade travertinplattor. Stort sovrum (kung) och bad plus 2 stora gÀst sovrum (drottning) alla med franska dörrar till veranda och terrass, luftkonditionering och flÀktar. TvÀttstuga med luftkonditionering. Vardagsrummet öppnar till tÀckt veranda med glidande glasvÀgg.

Vi Àr belÀgna i de mycket exklusiva Turtle Beach Estates pÄ SE-halvön. Vi ligger ocksÄ inom gÄngavstÄnd till Cockleshell Beach dÀr du hittar Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, en vattensportaktivitetscenter och Spice Mill Restaurant i en mer avslappnad miljö.

Även den mest kritiska gĂ€sten skulle hitta vĂ„rt hem utsökt och en semester att komma ihĂ„g. Bröllopsresor skulle Ă€lska vĂ„r romantiska miljö och plats.

Stunning views, comfortable lidging

A wonderful week with family enjoying a stunning view and perfect weather. The home was well appointed and comfortable. We made meals in the home and went out for lunch/ dinner locally.

Great getaway!

Property was exactly as advertised - host was very helpful prior to arriving with suggestions of things to do! Definitely want to rent a car as this is the luxury, quiet side of the island.

Spectacular views!

We loved Villa Allamandra! There are spectacular views from the patio and pool area out into the ocean and across the channel to Nevis!We scuba dived, sailed and snorkelled - and the island of St. Kitts is beautiful!The owners were great with communication and the villa was very comfortable for 6 people.

Hillside villa

A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. Only real negative was the tortuous dirt road to get to Turtle Beach. The hosts were super helpful from the minute we booked. Loved our stay

The location and views of the property are simply amazing. The picture on the listing barely gives it service to just what an amazing view it is. That being said, that's about all the property really has going for it. I'm sure that 10-15 years ago the house was in its prime. However, you can see as soon as you arrive that it has not been all that well maintained. From a half broken "For Sale" sign on the front gate (and the property is for sale) to the once nice pool features that no longer function you can see that the house hasn't been properly kept up with for some time. There is virtually no water pressure in the shower, the water and ice dispenser on the fridge don't work, the bedroom air conditioner is quite loud, and the are several spots of monkey dung on the back patio (despite both the housekeeper and pool guy coming during our stay and not cleaning it up). Again, if you're just looking for a place to stay with an incredible view then this is you place. If you're planning to stay in the villa for a few days and relax, there are better and more updated options in the area.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa and visiting St Kitts! We highly recommend a trip to Nevis! We hiked the volcano on St Kitts, took in Lobster Fest at Reggae Beach, dined at Spice Mill, Arthur’s, Ship Wreck, Marshall’s, and another stop on the Frigate strip. The kitchen at the Villa was perfect for prepping breakfast and lunch and enjoying it on the patio. The views are spectacular! A note - the Saturday morning market is no longer in operation down the road at “Cotton Farm” (I can’t remember the exact name of it right now).

It's amazing. Just as listed. Everything on the property is perfect. Only complaint is the road to the unit. Pot hole hell. Not their fault and they can't change that.

Great location

The views from the villa were exceptional. We loved the secluded beaches near the villa. They provided exactly what we wanted on this family Christmas vacation. Spent most of our days snorkeling and swimming. Our grandchildren are young so keep in mind your expectations. We feel we stayed on the best end of St. Kitts.

This home is OUTSTANDING and the views are absolutely breathtaking! The owner provided excellent suggestions for dinning, sight seeing and shopping. I have rented several VRBO's and Lisl/Buzz are the BEST hosts ever!

Beautiful views, comfortable house, nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. Our stay here was short (2 days), after staying at another villa, but we really enjoyed our time here. The owners were very nice and helpful on our arrival. We would definitely recommend Villa Alamandra.

the property certainly was consistent with the pictures and representation in the listing - but I’d say the best part of this rental was the communication with the owners before and during the stay - they offered lots of recommendations, which were super helpful as we had not been to St Kitts before, and they were very responsive when I reached out at any point before or during the stay. I definitely recommend this property and owner.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The property owners, Buzz and Lisl, were so wonderful with communication and giving us helpful information for our stay. The Villa was as advertised and had spectacular views!! The only thing that could’ve been better was if I booked a second week! You will not be disappointed with this property!

The 5 star reviews are accurate, this property is exceptional. The house is clean, has a million dollar view and is very spacious. We couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts. The hosts are very attentive and helped make our trip go smoothly. We will definitely be back.

Awesome house and view

From the time we walked into the house and saw the view of water and Nevis directly thru the living room, we said yes. The house was Lovely, well equipped, super clean, and pleasing to the eye. Master mattress was a definite hit. We laid out on the back deck catch rays and cooling trade winds. And the owners were super responsive and instructive. Just an awesome stay.

My wife grew up in Austria and I was raised in Florida and we both love the tropical climate and the Caribbean. We have traveled the world and sailed to many of the Caribbean islands but fell in love with Turtle Beach on St. Kitts. Although our children are on their own, they take any opportunity to visit us on Turtle Beach.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

While visiting St. Kitts in 2003 we fell in love with this unspoiled tropical paradise. We purchased this land and finished construction December of 2008.

Unsurpassed views, the short walking distant to the unspoiled beach, the walk from Turtle Beach to Cockleshell and Banana Beach, the friendly neighborhood and the many activities available.
