Lägenheten ligger bort från den gamla staden i ett lugnt område i Lucerne, 2 minuters promenad från Skog och Gütsch 15-20 minuter.
Busshållplatsen ligger runt hörnet, cirka 50 meter från huset. Underjordisk parkering är tillgänglig gratis.
Vi erbjuder också gratis biljetter till bussen för hela vistelsen och för alla våra gäster.

2015 delvis renoverade och nyinredda fritidshus har allt du behöver för en avkopplande stadssemester eller en produktiv affärsresa: Fyra omsorgsfullt inredda sovrum ger sovplats för 8 vuxna (2x dubbelsäng 160x200, 2X hög kvalitet bäddsoffa 160x200, 1x Bäddsoffa 120x200). En barnsäng finns också och ingår i hyran. I de tre sovrummen är individuellt designade sängkläder och handdukar. Köket är fullt utrustat: kök med natursten bänkskiva, elektriska apparater av hög kvalitet, stor kyl-frys, ugn, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och brödrost finns tillgängliga för dig. Lägenheten har två badrum (1x med badkar, 1 med dusch) och 2 toaletter. Den tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i ett av badrummen.

Great city

Lucerne is now a favorite city. The unit was large, if basic. We found too few places to keep devices charged. There were no clear departure instructions/requests, so we improvised and treated as we would like our home to be treated by guests. The key hand off was clumsy. We were provided a combo to a locker that was to contain the key. These instructions were provided only after we had arrived at the house. The combo worked, but no key was in the locker. After another exchange, the key arrived. It took nearly an hour for this to resolve.The city bus pass was nice, and we used it throughout our stay, though it took a few emails with our host to get this sorted.We like Lucerne and will return!

Lucerne

Property was as advertised and was ideal for our short stay. Clean and with all the amenities needed, including adapters for the outlets. Easy and efficient local transport just steps away (with a free local pass) made it fast and simple for the short ride into town, even though it is possible to walk (20 minutes). Lots of local food and shopping options. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is absolutely lovely. Neighborhood is quiet and just a quick drive to downtown Lucerne. It's also truly walkable (if you can do uphill!! 😅) and there is public transport. VRBO didn’t send me the correct check in details but the host responded to my message with everything I needed to know very quickly. If I ever find myself in this area again I'd book this place in a heartbeat.

Great for a Group

This property worked out nicely for us. The building is unprepossessing - a concrete apartment building from the outside - but the inside was very nice: three bedrooms of a decent size, a very large communal room/dining room combined where our group of seven had plenty of space to gather and eat, and two bathrooms, each with shower. The laundry facilities and parking for our rental car were great assets as well. The kitchen is a small galley-style, but had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The flat is a bit of a walk from downtown, but the Luzern Guest Pass that is provided makes it easy to catch the regular buses to/from the location. Communication with the host was a bit of a problem, as she was out of town, but we eventually were able to make contact.

Very Nice Apartment

Everything in this apartment was nice. There were two large bathrooms, which was also really nice. The washer and dryer did not work well for us, but maybe we didn't know how to use it well-- haha. Everything here was clean and basic. It was a comfortable place to be.

Nice condo

Easy bus ride to the train station. We got unlimited Swiss rail passes for our stay and enjoyed travelling all over Switzerland during the day. This area seemed quieter than in the middle of the city.

Lovely place for a girl weekend

This is a lovely three bedroom flat nestled next to woods above Lucerne. Easy bus access (and free bus pass) make it very accessible but not bad to walk. Roomy. Well, if oddly, provisioned. Bed sqishy but not bad. Quiet neighbourhood. Only complaints are the difficult access to key safe in mailbox (could not read numbers even with flashlight), confusing trash/recycling instructions and answers to queries lost in translation. Trip to Luzerne

We found the property to be clean and comfortable. Language barrier was a small problem at check in but was resolved quickly. Location was perfect, lovely neighborhood and right across street from bus stop! What a marvelous city!

Schöne Wohnung am Rand von Luzern in Waldesnähe

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Vermieter empfangen, der eine Menge Tipps für uns hatte. Der nahe Wald ist ein Abenteuer für Kinder und mit dem Bus 10 ist man schnell in der Stadt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, der Küchenbalkon lädt ein zum Z'Morge oder zum Nachtessen. Wir kommen wieder

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung am Stadtrand von Luzern

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der schönen FeWo sehr genossen :-) Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und freundlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles was in der Beschreibung angegeben war, war auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Sie ist ruhig und etwas außerhalb aber durch die öffentl. Busverbindung super angeschlossen. Wir haben die inkludierte Gästekarte zur Benutzung der Busse in Luzern oft genutzt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen :-)

good value for a medium sized group

This review is from an American perspective. The apartment is on a hill above the city in a quiet neighborhood. The bus stops right next to the apartment. Our cheerful host saw our group and came down to greet us. Comfort with public transportation is a must unless you want to spend a fortune on taxis. But the transportation system in Switzerland runs like clockwork. And Google Maps integrates flawlessly. My kids left on the first 5:46 am bus with luggage for a 10 minute ride to the train station and caught the 6:00 am train. It really is that good. In a prior trip I stayed in a downtown hotel. Talk about road noise and crowded streets. The 10 min bus ride (free with Swiss pass, and the hosts will also provide a "City Pass" that grants free bus travel) to this quiet neighborhood is a good trade-off. When you have a pass, just board the bus through the middle doors. No need to interact with the driver. Only one time in our entire trip we were asked to show our pass to a control agent. The apartment is simple, clean and quiet. Laminate flooring. Internet, TV. Nice dining room with sufficiently stocked kitchen. Nice sitting area with 2 sofas. Two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a tub/shower combo. My group of adults all prefered the shower. Tub is short and more appropriate for children. There is a combo clothes washer/dryer. Compared to a separate units, it takes forever and the clothes are still damp after 3 hours. High efficiency appliances take longer. Also, it has a much smaller capacity than most US machines. I would hang my damp clothes on a drying rack. The beds are simple but comfortable. One room had a "queen"; the other rooms both had two beds. These beds were something between an American "single" and "double". This arrangement fit my group perfectly. I think the beds could be joined together if desired for a couple. There are two porches, one small and the other very small. The kitchen had a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher (and a fondue pot!). There is an expresso machine which uses coffee pods. There was a bowl with different styles. The ones that were aluminum worked, the ones that were plastic did not. I guess they were designed for a different machine. Halfway between the trainstation and the apartment is a street with multiple groceries. There are also grocery stores in the train station. This was a better deal than 3 hotel rooms!

Highly recommended place in Lucerne

We loved this house with all its homely touches! Lovely decorated and spotless clean. The bedding was very good. Absolutely quite and nice neighborhood, so great for sleeping. There is a 10 min ride with the direct bus No. 10 from Lucerne train station ( 6-7 min from old town) to the apartment. The frequency is also good, until 00.30 in the night. The host provides all guests with a free bus ticket for the whole period of stay. Highly recommended place for families!

Family Vacation

The apartment is about 15 minutes by bus from the train station. It stops right by the apartment and they run right on schedule. Very convenient and easy. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Tanja met us at the apartment on our arrival and gave us all the information we needed about the apartment and gave us all free bus passes. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family’s or groups, wanting a relaxing quiet area.

The apartment is very quite. No loud parties please because of respect to the neighbours.
