This beautiful, comfortable air-conditioned villa with an area of approximately 135 m² can accommodate up to 8 people.

It consists of an entrance on the main level, a spacious tastefully decorated living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso, dishwasher, cooktop...), and a laundry room. A sleeping area includes one double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a double bedroom with two 80x200 cm twin beds, a third bedroom with two separable 80x200 cm twin beds, a WC, and a bathroom.

On the first level, there is an air-conditioned office space for teleworking, a double en-suite bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a shower room with WC, all with a panoramic view.

This villa benefits from a 1000 m² plot adorned with beautiful vegetation.
Secured by an automatic gate, it is possible to park several vehicles within the villa grounds.
