The living areas are on the ground floor. The veranda serves as a bright dining room in all seasons. The fully equipped kitchen is located between the living room with its comfortable leather armchairs and the veranda. The 800mÂČ fully fenced garden includes a children's swing. There is a terrace near the veranda. Complete garden furniture is provided.
4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility (not wheelchair users): elevator, shower seat, raised toilet, and grab bars.
Shops nearby: restaurant and grocery store a few meters away. Other shops and services are 4 km away (St Suzanne).
