This Luxury Cedar Log Home offers views of the Sunday River slopes and is located directly on the Sunday River itself. You will enjoy a world class rustic 18th century style log home with 21st century comforts and amenities. Only 1 mile to the lifts at Sunday River Ski resort. This property was designed to accommodate everyone in your group. Comfortably sleep 16 (14 adults max) privately. You will enjoy central air, on demand hot water and WiFi throughout. The outside offers four levels for entertaining and sweeping views. The main deck includes custom gazebo with seating area, outdoor gas fire place, gas grill and dining area. Lower level houses the 6-8 person hot tub in the custom gazebo, plus seating as well as a boulder terrace with fire pit. One of the only cedar log homes with river frontage and slope views in the country.

Great mountain home

Lovely mountain home, house had everything you could need and LOTS of activities for kids and teens. Hot tub and sauna were a huge hit after skiing! Owners/managers answered questions within a few minutes, very helpful. Super convenient if you are skiing at Sunday River!

Great stay and a great weekend

Beautiful Location and Great House

The house was spacious, clean, and well set up for big groups for cooking. The sauna, hot tub, and access to the river were all highlights, as was the views off the back porch. Easy access to Grafton Notch State Park and the White Mountains.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property…big house with lots of room for the 9 of us. The water out back was a big hit with everyone! Lots of tubing with a little current to float us downstream! Kitchen well supplied with everything needed for meals. Great week!

Amazing getaway!

We couldn't have been happier with this house. The layout of the house is fantastic for families with kids. The proximity to the mountain was great. The sauna and jacuzzi was a super addition for post-ski relaxation.

Rediker Retreat

House was amazing inside and out! We had a full house but it never seemed crowded - two kitchens so helpful. We all enjoyed the fire pit and being able to cool off in the river! Any questions I had were answered right away. We all had a wonderful week.

The property was absolutely perfect for our group. My oldest daughter, her husband and their two kids, eight and 10. They stayed downstairs outside of the game room and absolutely loved it. Three of my other children and their spouses each had their own rooms. The house is warm and cozy. The gas fireplace places were authentic and threw off great heat. The outside gas fire pit was a big hit. We bundled up in blankets and sat around One night while the men had cigars. The trip to the mountain was quick and easy. Opposite from most of the traffic. The Matterhorn at the end of the street was a fun bar with live music. Two great kitchens well equipped. The best part was the responsiveness of the hosts. The coffee pot did not have any coffee filters and the local market did not have the right kind. I made a phone call and they dropped some off. We really did not want for anything. We are looking to book that same house again next year.!

Great for groups!

Loved our stay at this home. Plenty of room for large groups yet still feels cozy. The kitchen is beyond well equipped. The bottom floor is amazing for the kids to hang out. We enjoyed our time around the fire pit and hot tub. The house is imacculately clean and the hosts are incredibly accomodatung - we'd rent again!

Sunday River Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation in Sunday River! The home was beautiful and the beautiful location directly on the river was great! The home was well appointed with everything we needed, annd enjoyed the hiking, swimming and hot tub! Bethel had some good restaurants for eating out, especially the Sugar Shack and Smokin Good BBQ!

Beautiful Home

This house was all we could imagine, and more! We had multiple families here- the open space, large kitchen and extended dining table were awesome and never felt crowded. The basement provided a perfect hangout space for the teenagers. The hot tub and sauna were a great relief after a full day of skiing! Would definitely recommend!

Great house, great location

This is our second year back at this house. Love the property, location and amenities the house offers: sauna, pool table, hot tub, and the famous Sunday River for cold plunges! Bedrooms and beds are comfortable and appropriately sized, could use a few more room darkening shades in some of rooms for the bright sun reflecting off the snow. We will definitely be back!

New Year’s Weekend getaway

Our large group enjoyed the house very much. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make all our meals at home. We even had a bonfire by the river and cooked some kielbasas. Hot tub and sauna were great after skiing. We hope to come back soon!

Rediker Retreat

Our family vacation includes 16 people. This house accommodated us perfectly! The space is fabulous, the river is so much fun, hot tub and sauna really nice where the weather was slightly cool. The house is beautifully stocked we had more than what we would ever need! Hope to return next summer

Amazing ski house for large groups!

This ski house is an A+! Large spacious plenty of spaces for everyone. The basement is absolutely ideal for kids and teens with a poker table, pool table, full kitchen fireplace hot tub s as bd sauna. Maine floor is beautiful with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, stunning views. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need - everything! We would recommend this house and rebook again!

Family ski trip 2023!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it once again! Gorgeous and generous space. Accommodations are great. We had everything we needed. Second kitchen came in handy for extra fridge space and the oven (upstairs oven was under repair). We always plan our trip end of season and sometimes find low supplies and problems with upkeep but all was in order!

Amazing house!

What a special house for a great family vacation! It is located right on a river. The kids had an awesome time looking for frogs and walking upstream where the water is deep enough to swim. The kitchen is well stocked. The back deck was amazing for lounging at the fire pit with beautiful views of Sunday River for coffee in the morning or hanging out at night. There was so much to do at the house for all ages: hot tub, game room, gas fireplaces when it gets chilly that we spent most of the time there even though there is plenty to do nearby. We were all sad to leave at the end of the week but look forward to a future return!

Perfect peaceful getaway

The house was perfect! It was in a private area so it was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of chipmunks and groundhogs roamed the property which was fun for the kids to spot. We had 3 families to share in this home. Older adults to a 1yo in age range. The kids loved the bunk beds. Two families had to share a bathroom on the main floor which wasn’t ideal and no one used the loft bedroom due to lack of privacy but it certainly met our needs. We loved the wrap around porch on the back which was enclosed which made it perfect for the kids! The kitchen had every tool necessary and plenty of space for prep. The downstairs area was fun for all ages! The access to the river was a bit steep but once in, it was fabulous! There were patches of dirt/sand that was fun for the kids to play in. The area was close to the Sunday resort and bethel for restaurants and local hiking. We also did a day trip to Santa village in Jefferson, NH which was fun for the kids! Overall a great house for a family trip!

The Vacation House with Many Extras

Overall, this vacation house exceeded our expectations! The house offers 2 floors with 2 kitchens and plenty of space to comfortability accommodate 2 families. The close proximity to the Sunday River allows for water activities for all. The house also has a hot tub and sauna as extras. The gas fireplace on the 2nd floor is a plus also. The bedrooms are spacious, and bathrooms are complete. Kitchens are versatile! Many games on the bottom floor. Improvement suggestions would include labeling the light switches, adding safety bars to the showers and bathtubs for physically challenged, adding better instructions for tv audio system, and including a journal for feedback to the owners. We still give this house 5 stars!

What an amazing and beautiful home! The house is so well appointed, with every detail thought through for comfort and enjoyment. The house is very spacious and the views are spectacular! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. It was fun to walk along Sunday River (water shoes are a good idea). We enjoyed the pool table in the lower level and the hot tub outside. There is so much to do in the area. We did several hikes: Screw Auger Falls, Moose Cave, Step Falls, and Frenchman’s Hole. We walked the Bethel Pathway and strolled through Bethel Village to look at the historic homes. We enjoyed whoopie pies and maple cream cookies from a roadside pie shop. Stop in at The Good Food Store for deli sandwiches and check out all the little treasures this store offers! We had great meals at: Millbrook Tavern, Butcher Burger, The Sugar Shack (ice cream), and Sunday River Brewing. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!!
