Modern Luxury Retreats` The Ritzy Ranch: Secluded yet Prime Location

The Ritzy Ranch by Modern Luxury Retreats is a very private cabin, perfect for making memories with up to 12 guests! We`re tucked away on a large, secluded lot surrounded by huge pine trees. We have 3 King Bedrooms with en-suite baths and a Game/Bunk Room (Sleeps 6) with its own full bath. Entertainment options abound with indoor/outdoor living/dining, 2 gas fireplaces, a fire pit, game room with pool table/foosball/arcade/games, cornhole, horseshoes, a hot tub, and a playset for the kids!



Indoor gas fireplace is turned off from June through September. A $20 per night insurance fee will be included to cover your stay, eliminating deposits or more expensive coverage required elsewhere. Rate is for up to 9 guests. A charge of $15 per night will be applied for each guest over the 9th.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and well located. Three couples and two children worked out great staying at this property. We cooked a few meals and had plenty of dishes and utensils available to do so. We enjoyed playing pool and foosball, as well as horse shoes and corn hole. Would definitely stay again. Had a great time.

Hochatown Experience-Mathes Oesterle Family

Ritzy Ranch provided us with the perfect family friendly space for our family. We have all different ages of kids and this cabin has the perfect amenities to entertain all of them. Ritzy Ranch is tucked away and provides privacy and the perfect balance of coziness and fun. We will definitely be coming back to Ritzy Ranch in future Hochatown stays! Ten out of ten!!

Perfect getaway

Came for our daughter’s 21st birthday. It was a very convenient location to everything in town. The house itself was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Ashley was very attentive and helpful with all our needs! This home is beautiful and accommodated our family well. Amenities were great! Very well stocked! Clean and welcoming. The only downside that I feel like needs to be mentioned just so future occupants would know is the road going to the house is VERY dusty and rough in some places. I’m not sure that much can be done about it but we literally had trouble seeing the road at times when passing other cars and dust was being stirred up. We would still highly recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect Broken Bow Spot

The cabin had everything we needed for our long weekend escape to BB. Ashley and Ryan were so responsive and made the arrival and check out instructions super clear. It was a very short drive to the marina and to our fave BB pizza spot, yet felt very secluded. The firepit was the perfect place to end our days making s'mores.

Amazing!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of space. We had two boats plus our cars so the parking was also a plus. It’s at the end of the street so it’s very secluded! Communication was also top notch! We enjoyed our stay very much!

My family and I have stayed at multiple cabins in the area and this is by far the best. Great communication and accommodating to our every need. Very kid friendly and so many things to do without having to leave. Book this cabin for a great vacation!

Perfection!

The Ritzy Ranch was everything we were expecting and more. Our party consisted of 4 adults, two young kiddos and two pups. There was something for everyone and it was in these extras that made this cabin above our expectations. For example, there were children forks and plates, a mat for the dog water, nightlights in every room, a gate for the stairs, and every a large crockpot. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. One of the bed were low which was perfect for my 4 year old son who still sleeps like a crazy animal. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive. They let us move our trip back two months and was very understanding. I couldn’t say enough nice things about our experience. Very happy and lots of great memories created at the Ritzy Ranch!

Absolutely perfect cabin

This was our 6th stay in Broken Bow and this is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. We stayed 7 days and we had the best time. The layout is absolutely perfect. The property manager stayed in contact with us so well and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We will most definitely come to this cabin again!

Spacious and comfortable

The pictures do not lie. Everything shown is exactly what you get. The kids had a wonderful time in the game room which had bunks for all four of them. While the grownups enjoyed the cookout and the hot tub. Our last night ended by the fire pit with s'mores for the kids.

Perfect getaway

We had the best time this last weekend at the Ritzy Ranch! The cabin was equipped with anything and everything we needed for our stay! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the playscape and roasting s’mores on the campfire! The full kitchen and large living space gave us plenty of opportunity to entertain ourselves during meals we prepared! The hot tub was relaxing after long hikes with the kiddos! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean! Overall the stay was great! We will definitely want to return! As far as the communication with the owners
FANTASTIC! Our 6yr old daughter discovered the night we got back home that she left her Lovie (what she calls Bun Bun) at the cabin! I sent Ashley a message and she quickly responded and was on the case! With many back and forth messages she was very helpful! She located Bun Bun and we made an easy recovery! This may seem like no big deal to some but I know a 6 yr old little girl who is forever grateful! ❀

Beautiful cabin!

Our family celebrated an early Christmas at the Ritzy Ranch and loved our stay! The cabin was new and beautiful from head to toe and had everything we needed. It even had a beautifully decorated flocked Christmas tree! What a surprise! The kids loved the fire pit for their s’mores and the jacuzzi was clean, hot and ready to go! Bedrooms were a perfect size and the game room and bunk beds were perfect for the kids! We would definitely recommend the Ritzy Ranch to anyone looking for a beautiful fun cabin with a secluded location. We will be back! :)

Wonderful family trip

We had a wonderful trip to Broken Bow with the family! Cabin was great for our three kids with so many things to do: pool table, foosball, board games, playground, corn hike and horse shoes! The area was beautiful and the cabin was very cozy! We loved everything about it and hope to come back soon! There is also a ton to do around the area! Beavers Bens state park I absolutely beautiful and we spent a lot of time there!

Great house- comfortable beds , feels remote, yet easy to get to.

Beautiful cabin in the Hochatown area of McCurtain County. Beds are comfortable. The three king rooms have en-suite private bathrooms with showers. The bunk rooms upstairs guests will need to use the community bathroom off the living room downstairs. The house is near other houses but there are enough trees that it feels remote. About 5 minute drive to the highway on three dirt and gravel roads that have many holes and bumps. A sedan or small suv are fine but a sports car or low riding coupe may have issues. Perfect stay for us! The owners are attentive and make sure you’re having a great trip.
