Sunset Paradise är ett litet komplex med 17 enheter på stranden. Enhet 8 ligger i den mindre byggnaden (# 2) vid sidan av komplexet - med en sidovy av stranden. Det finns parkering för två bilar på framsidan av enheten. Enheten har täckt parkering under så det finns trappåtkomst till enheten.

Anläggningen är värd för en pool och bubbelpool, tillsammans med en stor gas-BBQ - du kan gå från poolområdet direkt på stranden - en underbar strand för både familjer eller par. Indian Rocks Beach är ett lugnt område - du är bortskämd med val med underbara restauranger bara en kort promenad bort och ännu mer att välja mellan en kort biltur. Om du letar efter mer än en strandsemester så har du mycket att välja - du är i närheten av Tampa - St Petersburg eller Clearwater så att du kan besöka, temaparker, köpcentra, museer och sportevenemang är alla inom räckhåll. Girls trip

We were looking for a new place to stay after the hurricanes devastated our other place. This suited our needs just fine. The beach in this area is busier than what we are used to or prefer but it was ok.

Great Location

Property was in a great location short walks to just about everything Excellent private very close beach access Excellent pool and hot tub It could have used some updated items such as real beach chairs and a quality umbrella also some better pots and pans for the kitchen as we did not plan on eating out only a couple times

Great location right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were always the perfect temperature. Check in was easy and no problems through our stay. The condo is a bit dated but we were there to enjoy the beach, not the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Not exactly what we expected

Check in was easy. Pictures are accurate in the listing. The problem is with the cleanliness. In the previous reviews the owner stated that the mold on the ceiling and the rusty/run down front door would be fixed (Aug 28, 2024) they were not updated or cleaned up. The filters on the ceilings were all filthy and the dust ruffles on the beds were very dirty. When checking out you have to strip the sheets but not the bedspread or the shams on the beds so clearly they are not getting cleaned, that is not sanitary. Be careful of the stairs to get up to the condo, they are not up to code. The wood is not pressure treated so be careful of slivers. They are not safe. Lastly no food is suppose to be left in fridge but when we arrived the fridge had old condiments sitting in there. Again, very unsanitary. We were disappointed but it did not ruin our fun.

A one minute walk to the beach!

This little apartment was cute, clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there. And most amazing, it was a one minute walk to the beach! The beach was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. We loved it and would stay here again.

Fantastic location!

We just got back from our stay and had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, comfortable and so close to everything! The pool and hot tub were great and everyone is so friendly. The owners are very accomodating and helpful. Indian Rocks Beach is our favorite vacation spot and we can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything!!

Have stayed at this property every year since 2006. The condo was perfect for my husband and my self. Well equiped and extremely comfortable. I would stay in this unit again.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures and description were accurate. We were on the second floor and the balcony overlooks the quiet parking lot. The place was clean and worked fine for 4 people. Each BR had its own bathroom which we loved. The host and cleaning person were prompt responding and helpful. We are considering staying here again. 👍

Great Spot

This was our first visit to this area, and we thought it was great! This part of the community was especially appealing, because it was fairly quiet. The apartment was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful, and the pool was a perfect temperature. I'd highly recommend it!

Cozy apartment

Comfortable apartment to spend a few nice days on the beach. It has a full kitchen, towels and spacious rooms. To enter the beach are a few meters to walk. I recommend it!! we spent some unforgettable days in Indian Rocks, thank you Julie

Great stay at the beach

We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was available. A washer and dryer were right downstairs (bring your quarters - $1.00 to wash and $0.75 to dry if I recall correctly. I had to raid my kids wallet for change haha). Super quick walk to the water, and we enjoyed having the pool option as well. We were able to walk a few blocks for ice cream which made my son quite happy.

Disappointed

This is not near the beach. The place need work. You have to strip the sheets off the bed before leaving and only stayed one night and we won’t have if we had another place to stay. We went to eat and couldn’t even get a cheeseburger on a Monday night. Won’t be staying here again.

Fantastic place to stay.

This location was perfect. So many great restaurants all within walking distance.(Guppy’s, Keegan’s, TJs ) The beach access was perfect and the pool and hot tub were also perfect. The bus was so convenient to ride to Clearwater or St Pete, or anywhere in between. The unit was very spacious for our family and was exactly as described. Loved the balcony. The red tide was a little difficult on some days, but did not discourage us to much. Would definitely would stay here again!!! We had a fantastic week in paradise

clean and more than acceptable for our purpose..view is NOT of pool/ocean as pics appear to be from other building..parking lot view..unit could stand some touch ups as front door rusty and large gaps under door doorwhich could allow bug entry

Great deal.

The condo was a great spot and very convenient, just a short little walk right down to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, even basic condiments in the fridge! We traveled by plane from out of state so we were limited on items we could bring. We were surprised to see chairs for the beach as well as a cooler to use...nice little touch.

Can't beat the location!

Great location!! Ample beach supplies, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler. Cleanliness was ok, it is not very updated, but price reflects that. This property is on the beach but there is not a gulf view, but it's pretty darn close! Loads of restaurants to walk to. Our absolute favorite is about a block and a half-Cafe de Paris! No dishwasher which was a little odd. Things were left in fridge, which was helpful but actually kind of odd and no shampoo or bath soap which I found odd as well, first time I forgot shampoo! Oh well. Not sure we'd stay again.

Amazing place to stay!

We had an absolute great experience with this property. It was a fantastic location. The condo met all of our needs and was well kept. The beach and pool are right though a short path from the stairs to the condo. The pool was in great shape and clean. We enjoyed being able to grill on the pool deck. The pool deck had a ton of chairs that were in great shape wrapped around the entire deck for great sun exposure. We were able to cook our meals easily in each night. We had almost everything we needed including pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. The owners were communicating if questions were asked. We will be back.

Good location & great pool/beach

We enjoyed staying at Sunset Paradise very much. We've been visiting the area for 17 years in a row now and this is one of my favorite locations. The pool area was kept clean every morning. The pool itself was sparkling clean and the temperature perfect (it is heated). I wish the hot tub had jets. The big gas grill right by the pool was wonderful! I really enjoyed grilling and watching the sunset. The condo itself is comfortable. It is not oceanfront, but there is a nice view of the ocean from the living room window. The master bedroom has a large king bed and the master bathroom is really nice. The shower has been renovated with all limestone. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen/full size beds, however, the 2nd bedroom and bathroom could use a little attention. The 2nd bedroom would benefit from a full size dresser, also. The kitchen is decent. There is no dishwasher, however, the stove/oven and all the other provided appliances are great. The condo is good for the price. Something to note... you will have to climb a flight of outside stairs to get to the condo.

We truly felt that this spot on the beach was a taste of paradise and loved soft sandy beach right on the doorstep - we loved the view and had enjoyed many happy holidays in this area. We could not believe our luck when we had the opportunity to have a home in the sun.

This really is our home from home - we can instantly relax and forget the stress and pressure of daily life as soon as our plane touches down in Tampa - the closeness of the airport means that in 40 minutes we are on the beach watching the sunset.
